The team was very accommodating and the unit was in good shape. Anything that we needed corrected was corrected immediately.

Building is better sound proofed than most, amenities are nice, leasing agents on site are helpful and pleasant!

Good quality of living but the amount of rent they tell you you'll pay vs the total amount due to extra fees should be criminal.

I love Vanguard, the apartments are beautiful and well kept. The staff is very kind and helpful with everything and are very communicative with us.

I moved to Vanguard Crossing because my large 1930s home constantly needed repair. Thursday, I sent a note to the maintenance department that a handle on m bathroom sink was leaking. Friday morning, he was here. The problem was worse than I though and he changed the piping, faucet and handles without additional expense to me.

Amazing place to live! The office staff is the friendliest group of ladies. The maintenance staff are prompt with repairs and keep the property and buildings clean.

The apartment used to be so good until 2021 Banner property management take charge.
They don’t fix any problems but they always get you new problems. Also, after they took charge, my rent went up for no reason with no explanation.

The one thing I’m upset most is one of the stuff in leasing office. A old white lady, she seems to have some problems with colored renter. Every time I went to the leasing office for help, she never fixed my problem and never gave me good attitude. Moreover, even when I’m talking to another stuff in the office, she would INTERRUPT my conversation and try to find me problems. WHAT THE HELL IS THIS? Do I owe you something?

So, DONT MOVE HERE!
