Went into VCU to deposit a check in amount larger than accepted by mobile banking. 50 minute ride from Union. Josie Alt was extremely helpful and facilitated the transaction with ease. Visited for help with what would usually be a stressful situation, but Lisa was so kind and the process went as smooth as it could have! Vantage was quick with what was needed from them and I was able to get the whole situation figured out with only about 30 mins of work
