Tellers can't read dates on checks and sent one back to my mom that had been for Christmas money from my grandparents, resulting in overdraft fees on our account because they are inept. The ATM also is always broken. Don't bank with Vantage if you can help it.

This bank has a hold on my CASH deposit for almost a week now for no legitimate reason. Navy Federal CU has this ATM listed as a Co-op bank. After countless calls with navy federal we figured that they automatically hold cash deposits for 5 business days? ! Almost day number 6 still no signs of actually receiving my money on my account!
