This company is top notch. The technicians are great and their customer service is exceptional.

Very reasonable price for maintenance and it was nice to not feel price gouged as I have felt w other hvac companies. Christian was so knowledgeable, respectful and patient and he took the time to answer all of my questions. So glad I hired them and will definitely use them in the future!

As a single female, calling for a repair person is a daunting task. In the past I have been taken advantage of for pricing and I do not feel that most service providers are trustworthy.
Everything changed when I called Joe and Kelly Vaughn of Vaughn’s Heating and Cooling. They are honest, straight forward and complete the work immediately as opposed to next month.
They come back when I have silly questions and tolerate my endless challenges to them (I’m very picky).
They replaced my entire HVAC system and then came back to check my water heater while teaching me how to maintain my new HVAC system.
Their pricing was great but, what am writing about is their trustworthy, honest, straight forward service, patience, and kindness.
There are not enough words (or stars) that reflect the amazing product and service that I received from Vaughn’s.
I have found “my forever” service people.

Our air conditioner was on the fritz.
I called two other local HVAC companies and understandably so, they were booked 6-10 days out. This is not something you want to hear when your AC isn’t functioning and the high is going to be 91°. My third call was to Vaughn’s Heating & Cooling. Joe was the friendly voice on the other end of the phone and he understood our urgency and was able to send Kyle over about 4 hours later. He quickly located the problem, fixed it and was on his way in under 45 minutes. Next time I have an HVAC issue, Vaughn’s will be the first one I call. Reasonable price. Professional. Excellent customer service.

I called first thing on a Monday morning with 90+ degree temps coming and an AC on the fritz. Joe worked me in that afternoon and was at my home right when he said he'd be. Start to finish, the communication was VERY clear. He diagnosed the problem, was in and out in a short period of time and I felt like his rates were SUPER reasonable. I've used someone else for a while, but Vaughn is my new go-to!
