Verizon, Kearney MO

I come here for all my phone needs. Navi was very knowledgeable, super friendly, and helped me get my phone up and running in no time. Introduced me to Verizon Internet, which drastically decreased my internet bill.

So grateful for Navi's knowledgeable, proficient and professional performance as he addressed our needs. He quickly diagnosed the problem, displaying a great combination of competency. Thank you, and well done!

I won't go to any other Verizon store. The Kearney branch is always super helpful and go the extra mile with their customer service.

As they posted the latest version of Cell phones, but don't make a mistake to go there for it.
They had only an IPhone 14 purple color left and not satisfied customers service as well.

Customer service was terrible. The person I dealt with was very rude and passive and would rather stand around swinging his keys and not giving any mind to us. He was not engaged in the process of upgrading my pine and kept walking away. Come to find out he added things to our bill that weren’t even discussed and I didn’t find out until I saw my bill. I will never do my business at this location in the future. Be sure to check your bills! Apparently they will just add on things without telling you. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Had a really good experience with Navi. He was very knowledgeable and didn’t try to upsell us on stuff. He gave us the deals and the facts and then let us know if the deal was worth it or not.

NAVI WAS AMAZING! I brought my grandmother in to update her phone. He got her the phone she needed and didn’t try to sell her something way above her understanding. And then while waiting for hers to upgrade, ended up getting me better deals on my account for a new iPad, and a family insurance plan that didn’t cost me anything extra! He truly went above and beyond and I hope he stays at that location because it’s where I’ll do my business from now on!

Navi made phone calls for us and didn’t let them hang up until the transaction was completed. He went above and beyond to take care of us. Great job!
