The girls in the Kirksville store helped us switch providers quickly and painlessly. They are very helpful and knowledgeable! Baylie is great, but they are all friendly and willing to help. We felt comfortable bringing our problem with our old carrier to this store, and will definitely be back in the future for any new Verizon needs.

My husband and I went in not knowing what was wrong with his phone and we were met by some of the friendliest people! Troy spent so much time with us trying to solve the problem and tried almost everything under the sun. We finally decided to get new phones which was much simpler than we had expected. The process was super smooth and ultimately, it was Troy and his manager (I wish I'd remember her name) that made the experience so pleasant for us! Thank you for being so kind to us!

We have the best Verizon TCC that exists. Troy is very friendly as well as professional. He understand that not all people are tech savy and may need constant help with using their communication device such as me. Not once did he turned me away or made me feel inferior. Troy also help fine the best deal for my money. I have told all my friends that I highly recommend our local Verizon TCC and that they will not be disappointed with the choice in the phone selection, sales and service. They have a nice selection of accessories as well.

Ok first of all I have never left a 1 star review but this place is crazy bad. Nothing against the workers I don’t think.but I just went in and there was 1 customer in front of me I waited over an hour to get helped (there was only one worker and this was on a weekend) and this happens every time I go.always a ridiculous wait time to get helped like I don’t have an hour and a half to sit and wait for a few questions for what I pay for my phone service terrible customer service

She is, without a doubt, the most competent, friendly and knowledgeable person I have ever dealt with in the cellular business. More than that, she made a special trip to Moberly to help us out. This nice lady named laura helped my mother in law not only have a phone but help us get a replacement along with all the knowledge we needed to transfer over info on the new phone. We went to Chillicothe and the representative gave me no help and no direction which led us to our hour drive to get her some form of phone access. Thank you so much
