Verizon, O'Fallon MO

Could not emphasize how impressed I am with Verizon and this store. Labor Day weekend on Sunday my phone breaks, I go online, sign up for Verizon service, pick out a new iPhone and even register to have my phone number imported from AT&T. Was sent a text message within an hour that my phone was ready for pickup, outside the store in the convenient lockers they have. I picked up my phone at 945 am, before the store is even open from the locker and it’s not only already activated, but my phone number had been switched over as well. The entire process started at 815 am on Sunday morning of Labor Day weekend and I had the new phone in my hand making calls before 10 am. Outstanding. Customer for life

I was assisted by 2 customer service representatives today (both at Hwy K location). One named Degan and the other named Xhermie. I came in to have help with setting up a new phone.

I initially was Degan's customer. He dealt with me for 5, maybe 10 minutes, and then walked away to deal with other customers. I told him I was coming in to set up a phone, he turned it on for me, but spent hardly no time assisting me.

I then, asked Xhermie, who was working next to Degan. She was a superb customer service representative. She was already working with another customer and assisting him, but after I asked, she helped me set up my phone and walked me through the steps, even though I technically was not her customer. She showed what professionalism is, in that moment.

If I could give both reps star ratings, I would give Degan a 1 and Xhermie 5 stars (give her a raise!).

I went in a couple weeks ago with the desire just to get home internet. I ended up walking out with a free phone and watch also. I couldn't have been more happy with the service I received. I would highly recommend Verizon, specifically this store. If you're looking to switch phone carriers or get wireless home internet

Was told I was buying a dual sim iPhone 14. Turns out that I have to wait 60 Days after the date of purchase for it to be unlocked and gain dual sim functionality, which was the entire reason I left my old provider. I was assured by the manager and two other employees that I would have no problem using Verizon as my primary esim and AT&T as my second esim that day. Very disappointed in the lack of knowledge in the staff.

Love this place. Thinking about looking for a phone here so I can start my own plan with my own data. They have the best Galaxy and apple phones there. It will be the first time ever if I buy my own cell phone with my own plan

They messed up 4 of my phones with their family app, now they can't fix them and are trying to make us upgrade to new phones. We don't want to pay for new phones

Great experience. Nia was so helpful in helping me get my new phone and changing my plan. I would recommend her to anyone. Very personable. I went in during busy hours so I had a 30 minute wait, but besides that everything was perfect. They even moved over all my data for me without any issues.

Not the most friendliest but main reason for one star is for not transferring my old phone to my phone and excepting me to do their jobs. Just handed a bag and sent out the door with no instructions.
