Verizon, Lebanon MO

Bad service for two days they didn't open because they said their air-conditioned was broken and you can't never talk to a person

They were all extremely friendly, helpful & answered all of our questions. Matt made the experience so much easier.

I went in very confused with my new phone the man took time to sit down show me what I was doing wrong I walked out very pleased and able to use my phone very kind people

Staff seemed to be less interested in helping me when I disclosed my budget limitations. Like, there was a noticeable difference in communication after that.

Nice clean bright store. Staff knows there stuff but they are sales driven so beware of the sales push.

Don’t trust Verizon unless you get it in writing. I did the promotion that was if you bring your own phone and switch from another carrier you get a $500 gift card. I did that and guess what. I did not get the gift card and when I called Verizon I found out The Lebanon, mo rep was not trained and failed to tell me a promotion code. When I called Verizon They said the promotion expired, which it had not. When I was in the store it was scrolling across their promotion board. The sales guy even checked with the manager to ensure it was still valid. Monday I move my business to a honest carrier. Never trust Verizon and know the rep. Dealt with in the Lebanon, mo store was not trained to give me the information I needed BEWARE.
