9Had to get a couple of new phones, no major problems. They were friendly and helpful. They also found ways to get me discounts to help with the cost. I appreciate those efforts. They seemed to be training a few new people they were all nice, I was in there several times and had no problems. The place was clean, staff friendly, and attentive.
Everything I've been there they have been helpful and professional. Usually they are quite busy but they weren't when we were there yesterday
My phone was COMPLETELY dead. Caden was the customer service representative that assisted us and he was MAGNIFICENT. My charging port was full of lint, rocks etc. He was courteous, kind, polite, all the great things a good CSR needs! Caden will go far. Thanks again for your great service Caden.
Not trying to be that guy but. I did walk in and. Again. I'm sorry but they didn't seem like any of this place wanted to be there at all. And to me maybe they need to have a meeting on about wanting to be at work.well it was just a real negative place and. I am sorry and maybe others hasn't felt that way but. I just can't go back in there. Sorry again folks. But ones whom did use that store. I hope you had a fantastic experience.
Ethan is great, very professional and patient. I messed my account up really bad and he fixed it once again for me and helped me upgrade and get better service.
The WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had with a phone store is “Verizon Russell Cellular”. All I wanted to do was add a phone to a existing Plan. Their service is unbelievably terrible. Their Call Center communication is a JOKE! Their employees I talked to were either lazy, incompetent or poorly trained. My Mother is 98 years old and lives in Aurora, Mo. Her husband 86 years old, had a stroke three weeks ago and is now in a Nursing Home in Republic, Mo.where they don’t have phones in the rooms. My Mom and Dad always shared a phone they got from Verizon Russel Cellular in Monett Mo.a couple of years ago. I live out of the state and told my Mother I would make phone calls and make it easy to stop by the store and get another phone. Thursday eveningI called the in-store phone number on their website in Monett. Abby answered and I explained, I wanted to add a second phone to my Mother and Father’s existing plan. Abby said no problem. She said get a TCL Flip Pro phone $120 or $2.20 a month payout. A Basic Unlimited Talk Plan-no contract is $35 extra a month. I said write it up, I’ll pay for it now. She said no we don’t accept credit cards over the phone. I said, can she come in tomorrow morning and just sign the contract and get billed monthly. She said yes and suggested she pick it up at Republic Verizon Store. She said everything will be on the computer so when your Mom gets there it will only take a few minutes to complete. Friday morning I called the Republic store number to confirm everything. Tim answered, he said he didn’t see any order on his computer under my Mom or Father’s name. So I gave him all the information again to put into the computer so when she arrived it would be easy. Friday morning my Niece drove my mother to the Verizon store in Republic. My Mom waited in the car because she can’t walk. My Niece went in and talked to Ethan. He said there was no Order in the computer. My Mom said she waited almost a hour in the car. Plus, the store requested $200 be paid up front instead of adding it on to her monthly billing. Saturday morning I called the Verizon Republic Store and got Collin. I told him the whole story. He said he would make some calls and call me back. Never heard back. Every employee I talked to FAILED to do what they said they would do, UNBELIEVABLE! If they are this negligent with other customers, It’s amazing they still have their doors open.

Absolute horrible customer service! We are a business account with several lines. An employee lied to us to get us to upgrade a line. We went back and forth for over a month with the manager and district manager with no resolution. This store and company has really gone downhill the past year.
Editing as the customer experience has deteriorated. There is only one employee. I have tried 6 times over the last 4 days to do business here, and every time I had to leave after waiting over an hour. It is impossible if you have small children, or if you do not have unlimited time to wait. I have seen over 10 people leave after waiting for a long time, for the same reason. I even called to make an appointment, showed up at the designated time, and again have been waiting over an hour with no end in sight.
Good customer service, not pushy, knowledgeable, staff are well trained & polite. Small town, good service service.
I’d suggest to stay away from here. Walked out of the store didn’t order a thing just to find out the store representative went ahead and made an order on my behalf with out my permission. I’ll never EVER set foot in one of these stores again. Stay away from Ethan. He’s a joke and a horrible manager.
