Horrible experience. There was only 1 employee in the store and he was helping another man for a full hour. I stood in the store for a full hour with my three screaming children without being helped. I only wanted to cancel 2 of my lines.
I had to refund a charger that didn't work. I came on Saturday at 5pm and the only worker working was one who was training who didn't know how to process an order refund. She had to call three managers, customer service, and 45 minutes later we had to leave because we paid for a movie that we would miss. It's still unresolved. Guess I'll come back another time.
Easton is the best! He should get 500 million stars he is a great customer service gentleman.go see if him if you have any problems with your phones!

I went in to see about an internet alternative. They were very friendly and helpful. The gentleman that assisted me even called for information.
I had gone to the Corporate Verizon store near National and Battlefield earlier in the day. They were very unprofessional and hateful. At that point I went to your store at Battlefield and Bypass 65. There was a representative named Rob that was so very knowledgeable and pleasant. It was a breath of fresh air. I will always do business at that location because of Rob. He is a great asset to your company.
I already forgot their names, dear me! But I spoke with two lovely ladies and they were both very helpful. I was able to make the changes I wanted to my plan and ended up saving more money on my monthly bill than I set out to. Thank you Verizon!
Absolutely horrible! Staff is rude and condescending. I had an insurance claim on my phone. They sent me a new phone and I needed assistance transferring my data. They wanted to charge me $30 for this service and acted like I was idiot for asking.
I got joined my step dads phone service at the Verizon on battlefield with absolutely no issues.besides the fact that they informed me there internet was too slow to transfer my data from my old phone to my new phone. Which was fine they were extremely nice. I tried taking it home to transfer but couldn’t get it to work. I then take it to this Verizon where I try to tell her the situation where Im then interrupted and she tells me it'll be 30$ to transfer my data. I say alright and let her do it. When I tell you she DOWNLOADED A APP to transfer my data. And had the audacity to try to charge me 30$. I told her to give my phones back bc I wasnt going to be charged that much for someone downloading a app on my phone. I honestly was so disappointed with the service they were extremely rude.
We upgraded an IPhone and it was easy and quick. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and patient. Great experience—this is the place to go for all your Verizon needs!
