I went in to deactivate a phone and I bought a new phone. The two gentlemen working were great! When I first went into the store they were both helping people. After several minutes I was helped. He completely set up the new phone including transferring everything from my old phone. Really great customer service! I feel they went above normal customer service. They were also very knowledgeable about the different phones.

Harry was great to work with and a joy to talk to. Very knowledgeable about phone programs available and what was best suited for us. Erica was also great to work and very helpful. I will make sure to tell everyone who is looking for a cell phone to go see Harry and Erica. Thank you for working with us you made the time enjoyable

We went to this store with a problem getting a phone number ported from a Cricket account/phone to a Verizon one.
Erica and Harry, working at the store, made numerous calls to Verizon corp, helped us get the info we needed, and herded Verizon cust service reps for over two hours, finally solving our problems. They were gracious and friendly to us throughout the entire ordeal. Good people, great service.

Able to go through pretty fast and have a good conversation very fun, likable, and enjoyable. Product works find looks great. Helped us install a screen protector, even though we didn’t buy it from there and brought a different one in knows his stuff and has experience really good job.
