Never ever and I mean ever able to help me when I go there or when I call up there. Always some dumb excuses why they can’t answer couple questions I mean like damn. This store is pretty much worthless. I go to Springfield to the stores up there and I tell them how they refuse me every time because they for some reason can’t access something on my account they laughs at them and then I receive help from them. I will never understand that Willard store

I’ve worked with Rodney several times in the last few weeks and he was nothing short of amazing. He went out of his way, stayed late, and got us everything we needed.

Rodney is great! But the female that is currently working there is not good at customer service at all she will talk down to you and like you are a idiot that can't understand plain simple English. Do not visit this location if she is working, wait for Rodney.

We have been going to this store for over 2 years now. We have bought multiple devices through this store. Rodney is the best at helping customers. So very patient and willing to take all the time needed to answer your questions or solve your problem. I won't go to any other store. If you need help with anything go see Rodney. Best customer service ever!

I worked with Rodney to get my phone changed over and he was great! I had a lot of questions and he patiently answered them all-more than once. Very pleasant and knowledgeable! Any issuesI have I’ll be going back to him

I couldn't ask for better customer service. Rodney went above and beyond to fix water damage to my phone in order to retrieve my information for a new phone. He was very patient and was able to get everything taken care of for us. I will definitely keep doing business with Willard Verizon!

We went to this store after ordering phones online and having a terrible experience at our pick up location at a cooperate store. The customer service was phenomenal! I plan to return for all my future business.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and made sure I knew of all the discounts and perks available to me. Even questioned my need for one service I was paying extra for and turns out I didnt!

I thought Rodney did great. I came close to closing and it didn't matter. He helped me and was patient and kind and helpful and did everything I needed and I walked out with a new phone I love.
