Verizon, West Plains MO

We live 11 miles east of West Plains, it's nothing against Verizon were out of zone for phone service, people at the store at Verizon were great they helped as much as possible to get our phones working, but we were just to far out, thanks guys

I had a great experience with Issac. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He even made a follow up call a week later to check on me. This level of service you rarely see anymore. This young man has a bright future in sales.

I want to say I had s pretty terrible experience here about a year ago. They’ve remodeled and have some new hires that are very knowledgeable and honest. Troy Deckard took care of me today and I wasnt there longer than an hour. Thank you for the excellent customer service Ill be back again.

Oh my goodness. My Dad couldn't get his notes transferred to his new phone. The gal did it in 5 minutes. So grateful!

Unhelpful want to tell you they can't do anything because they are not a corporate store. The only time they want to do anything is when your buying something.
