I went into the store today, and Donyae was amazing! He helped get my phone working again, and he noticed that I was paying too much for my plan. Not only is my phone working great, but he saved me 20 dollars per month. He is a very kind, smart, and helpful person! 10/10 recommend!
Best experience i’ve had at a tech store, i went with a friend who was having trouble with his phone and an employee named Alexis ended up staying over an hour after the store closed to resolve our problem and was SO kind to us the entire time.
I worked with John Paul at the Parkville Verizon store. He was excellent, great people skills, no question was unanswered. Do not hesitate to stop in and see him if you need any help. He is at this location on Tuesday’s (might be there on other days, I’m just not sure).
Brandon was so patient setting up my new phone and transferring my old device to my daughters account. It definitely took some figuring out but everything works now. Thank you!
Dawn is amazing. Great customer service skills. She got me into a new phone and accessories. Then 2 weeks later, I lost it. In a panic I went to the store. Dawn and Tommy helped me track it down. I am forever grateful.
I would like to thank Matthew Ulmer for helping me to get my prepaid phone unlocked. Although we did not get it accomplished, Matthew really went to bat for me 100%. He called Verizon techs, was more patient than I ever would have been, and worked on trying to accomplish a great outcome. Thank you Matthew.
Ben and the lady from St Joseph, were also very helpful thru this phone expierence, I am grateful for these folks. They really went above and beyond. They should all be proud of their professionalism and hard work.
My phone wasn’t charging anymore and I was worried the battery might be going bad. Thomas and Kaylee diagnosed the problem as dirt in the charging port, and they cleaned it out for me free of charge. Come here for employees you can trust.

I brought my old phone in the morning after it left me stranded at the airport. Chris immediately got it working again and listed my options for keeping or replacing it. No sales pressure whatsoever-just a tech- knowledgeable guy helping a customer sort things out. I left there with a better phone and a much better streaming plan for practically the same cost as my current monthly bill. I didn't expect that! Chris got me set up and synched everything while I ran some errands. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!
