Coleby & Pedro were very helpful in resolving a billing issue, as well as walking me thru the process of a new phone purchase.

Eliob gave made a trade in seem all fine and dandy and once complete and we had a new line he disclosed information about billing he didn’t disclose in the beginning and instead if walking out the door happy with our new plan we are walking out stressed with him saying he can’t do anything to fix it. It’s false advertising and a scam. Staying with ATT.

He gave us all the options we had and decided on the phones and a plan that worked best for us.
