8This store and the people inside truly care about the customer still. Krissa help our family with a lost replacement device that the warehouse lost. We spent hours on calls with verizon. At our last effort before we were going to just cancel are plan we went in and Krissa made the day. She fully understood the issues and truly made our whole family stressful day so much better. She saved a long time family from leaving. She was excellent. Truly we cannot express how much we appreciate this employee.
Keyan schepp helped me directly with them getting all my issues fixed and was very nice, professional and patient and everything that I needed. I am walking out with now so he fixed on my problems and if I was you I would come here.even if you're from the Columbia area. I would come to the Verizon store in Jefferson City because they are a lot better
David spent 4 hours with me on a Saturday making sure the issue with my phone was taken care of. He is a great guy and the rest of the crew on that day was awesome as well.
Scam artists. They have no idea what your bill will be. Say something low, then you get your bill and it’s twice what they promised.
