The staff is amazing! They have giveaways and free events for the kids. Me and my family feel safe here! The community is close knit and we all look out for each other. Love it here!

Coleen has really Been good to me since I have been living here I had a couple bumps in the road she was very understanding I can’t ask for a better property manager they really are down to earth thanks a lot for all you guys do

Living here within the year I stayed has been great besides the usual the property manager does a wonderful job as making sure the building is up to part and she always handle any on my problems.

I can say that the Property Manager's Ms. Colleen and Ms. Ebony is great. They are the best landlords I ever had. When there is a problem with your home they get right on it right away. There maintenance is also awesome. Julius is the best.

The Versailles is a great place to live. The management is so caring for the residents and the community. The neighbors look out for each other. Especially in these trying times. You need food? Check our lobby 9 times out of 10 its boxes of food in lobby for anyone in the building who is in need. Management goes above and beyond to help and assist with residents needs. I'm proud to call the Versailles home!

Versailles Apartment is a great apartment. The staff is great and the people how live in building is great and friendly.

When I moved in to the Versailles apartments I was going through a ruff time my children and I! I love mrs. Colleen she helped me through my ruff times and helped me get assistance with my rent! The employees are more than the people who work there we became a family my children love mrs. Colleen.

I’ve been living at Versailles for almost 2 years now and they have been exceptional in communication. When the pandemic happened I was laid off like most and it was hard trying to find stable work. Colleen continually worked with me and stayed on top of any late fees that I owed. They really do go above and beyond for there residents that are trying!

I really like living at the Versailles apartments. The management works really hard to make all of their residence happy and the maintenance guys are really cool

The building manager was very respectful and helpful. She gave me insights and pointers on some things that can help me in the future and im really appreciative.

Don't believe the hype not for real.you took my money and the government money and tried to force me a lease.can't have the cake and eat it too.
