This is an awesome company to work with! My Loan Officer, Brandi Reynolds and one of her Team, Kristie Head, were incredible to work with. They made my refinance request go flawlessly. Michelle and Erin were amazing and always kept me informed. They are a dedicated team along with the patient home inspector during this tough remodeling process of the home. It was not an easy task dealing with open permits and meeting inspection dates.

Practicing law for 47 years has given me some insight into identifying good people. Lois and Brent worked hard to get the interest rate and terms I wanted, and they were successful! In addition, because I am retired there were issues and extensive underwriting requirements that had to be satisfied before the refinancing was approved. The people at Veterans Loans spent many hours working hard and diligently, conferring with the surveyor, the title company, my financial advisor and various levels of underwriters to make the refinancing seem easy for me. By the time the refinancing process was completed, I felt I had not only accomplished something that was financially beneficial to me, but I had also made new friends. I know my review will probably get overlooked because of all the glowing reviews. My experience was horrible. Took more than 30 days to find out that I was denied. Harry couldn’t give me the courtesy of telling me this before I received the denial via Fedex. They state that a 620+ credit score is acceptable, but that’s not the case. Mine is almost 700 and I was denied for low credit score and because I couldn’t produce proof of payment for one out of twelve months with my current mortgage company. I don’t believe this company tries their best to help every veteran. "

We had the best experience with Veterans Loans!
We called and in 15 minutes we got a call back stating we were pre-approved for a loan. We were turned over to Brandi our loan officer and her team, Brandi has 17 years with the company and it showed. We had a hard time finding a house, it was COVID-19 and inventory was very low. Once we found our home everything went very smooth. We were ready to close in 25 days. The team was fast and accurate. We were in a different state to close and the Title Company even commented on how fast and efficient they were they had the closing documents to the title company 4 days before closing. The Lady that was doing our closing said that was unheard of to have all documents like that 4 days before closing. They would work with them anytime, they were Great. If you are thinking about buying a new home please call Veterans Loans you will not be disappointed.

I had a VA Jumbo loan in the midst of the covid epidemic. When other lenders struggled to gather documents and respond timely. I found and had the pleasure of working with Andrea Jackson. She never asked for any document more than once and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We closed on time and without incident. I highly recommend Andrea Jackson as she was a true professional and a joy to work with.

I represented the seller in a transaction the buyer used this company. Terrible communication, did not respect the contract timeline at all, not two people for this transaction has the same answer. Closed late and thought nothing of just asking for an extension claiming beyond on their control. Sorry, everything is under their control. Don't use - inivestigate lenders your REALTOR suggests as we have experience with them and know their work qualiity.

SO far I`ve been nearly 3 weeks and haven`t found an appraser as of today. These people do the easy things first and hard things that require time last. Very poor communication
