Vicino on the Lake Apartments & Townhomes, Creve Coeur MO

The lake is awesome, they have plenty of amenities and activities to keep you entertained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. What an amazing place to live!

Would not recommend living here. We have a waterfront property that we were so excited about, little did we know that they never turn the fountain on nor do they keep up with the cleanliness of the lake. You can see floating trash everywhere in the water and it smells awful. There is also a hangout area by our unit where all the turf grass is filled with dog poop. Maintenance is quick and efficient, but there is no communication with the leasing office and they are extremely hard to get ahold of. Our sink and washer smelled like eggs and we were told there was nothing that could fix it. There is a lot of potential here as it is a great location and the gym and pool are nice, but there needs to be some serious updates. There are also absurd fees that were not communicated when we signed our lease.

Great place to live. When I was moving in 2019 they just started doing more remodeling too. I recommend!

The ladies are amazing in the office. They help with paperwork or anything to help you succeed on your journey and A very quiet peaceful beautiful place to call home

If you tour this place, don’t get fooled. The fountain hasn’t been on in 10 months plus the water is nasty and smells like Sea World. No joke. This is how the lake currently looks. Crazy.

Great location and a perfect place to call home. Close to my kids school. Quiet neighbors and beautiful lake view. Vicino staff (Christy) always a pleasure to talk to and helpful with any questions I have.

Well the representative was knowledgeable but I didn’t see the gym, pool or etc.but the apartment was nice but I’m interested in 3 bedrooms and I totally understand that it was not available but I didn’t like how I felt kind of pressure to sign up for a place that I never seen.

I had a very pleasant and informative visit. This property had a very nice and serene atmosphere.

If you move there I do not reccomend moving anywhere close to the water. Should be called Vicino on the Swamp with how disgusting and trash filled the water is 24/7, when it gets warm outside it smells like sewage.

I visit this place for the first time and fell in love with them. I’m in the process of applying for a unit… y’all pray that I get it. I love to live here if I got the opportunity.

Sydney was so nice and accommodating. She made sure to know what I like in an apartment, ask any questions about things, was knowledgeable about the complex, etc. She is planning on communicating with me about when an apartment opens up that I’m interested in. She gave plenty of papers about extra costs, floor plans, etc.

I toured Vicino on the Lakes along with my parents and had a great experience. We did not originally have an appointment, but we’re still able to have a tour of an apartment. Sydney, the leasing consultant who showed us around the property, was super friendly and helpful. She able to answer any questions we had and also did a great job of pointing out the apartment features that were important to us.
If you are considering Vicino on the Lakes, I would highly recommend a tour!
