Vicki Benson Properties, Kirksville MO

I rent an apartment with Vicki Benson Properties and they are great to work with. The place is well kept and anytime that I have a concern or need a little maintenance, they send someone out within a day or two. I recently needed a latch on my screen door replaced, and not only did the maintenance man fix it, but he also replaced the seal on the door without me needing to ask. I greatly appreciate everyone's promptness and goal to make this a great place to live and feel cared for.

You cannot find a better landlord in Kirksville! As a student at Truman State who was new to renting a space, I appreciate the professionalism and customer service of Vicki Benson Properties. Megan will always make sure you are taken care of (within reason) and make you feel at home. I had a horrible renting experience last year and switching to a Vicki Benson Property was one of the best decisions I have ever made!

Not sensitive to international students. I was the main leaser with an appropriate contract, then I was told that someone signs a new contract for the lease. I cleaned everything before the check - out day, it was incredibly clean. The company still charged me 100$ for cleaning. That was not reasonable at all. The issues that you might have because of any personal circumstances are not resolved well.

I had a really great experience while renting from Vicki Benson Properties! Megan was always quick to respond to any issues I had during my time renting which I really appreciated. The property was well kept and the apartment was very clean upon my move-in day. Highly recommend renting through them, especially if you are a college student in town! They are affordable and really care about their tenants.

Vicki and Megan are very professional in their real estate dealings. They give monthly reports on our condo and compare it to others in the complex. We have good renters which the company pays early every month.

My place is very comfortable and pretty. The only inconvenience is that the apartment smells weird, because of the humidity. Overall it is a good apartment with everything I need. The landlord is always available and nice, which is the best quality of the properties.

I just started renting through Vicki Benson Properties, and they have been so kind to answer all of my many questions quickly and efficiently. There were a few minor maintenance issues when I first moved in and within the next 48 hours they had been addressed and fixed. I am hopeful that this level of customer service continues throughout the year!

Vicki Benson and her team are top notch. My fiancé and I had the pleasure of renting one of their properties for a year and had a very pleasant experience. Megan is amazing to work with, their maintenance team is skilled and gets things done quickly. All of our needs were met in a timely manner, and they were always professional and courteous. The quality and upkeep of their properties is hard to beat. I would highly recommend doing business with them.

Vicki is professional, polite & laughs with you, not AT you.she likes a nice job well-done. She is likely the agent with the deep pockets clients, however. It is a bit pricey but NEVER plywood.lol
