7This store is ran so well! Each of the employees are great at their jobs. Plus, I feel the set up is easy as I can find anything without issues. The music is fun and vibes well with their company Highly recommend:)
My husband came in to get me some stuff on their sale. He was asked 4 times if they could help him or if he was ready to check out, I felt like that was a bit much. He spent about 20 minutes in the store. A manager asked if he needed help and then sent an associate to ask if he was ready to check out. He felt like he was profiled for the way he “looks”. I thought we as a society were past that.
We are credit card holders for Pink but usually do our shopping online; I just didn’t want to wait for it to come in the mail.
Pretty disappointed in his experience here as I use to go in store all the time and didn’t have a negative experience.
The staff is very friendly and helpful! The clothes are adorable and the quality is great.
I thought good customer service didnt exist anymore until I went into this store. As soon as I walk in the store the young lady greeted me and told me about the sales. As i walked around the other young ladies greeted me and was eager to help me and let me know about the sales. My favorite was the light skinned young lady at the register. She really seems like she enjoys her job and she saved me alot of money with coupons on the app. Ladies get the app if you shop at pink. Definitely worth it. But the service was great and I enjoyed my shopping experience.
Just love these ladies they'll put you to the what's on sale and show you the discount stuff and they're just wonderful
Very limited on bras in the store. The fitting process is weird now, but I get it Covid and all. Just afraid the one I bought won't fit because fitting rooms are closed. Which again, I get with the pandemic. Was just an odd experience. Need cuter choices for big breasted women
