Went in with no down payment and left with a good car with low mileage within a couple hours! Cheap payments and they are friendly and work with you!

BUYER BEWARE: I am making it my personal goal to make sure every citizen in Kansas City STAYS AWAY from Victory Lane Auto. My wife and I purchased a 2006 Jeep Commander with a low end KBB price of $4700 and a fair market value of $6000. We JUST got the title months after purchasing the vehicle and it shows the selling price of $8595! I am seriously wondering if someone at the dealership thinks this is a joke because, A in the 2 months we have driven the car we have had nothing but issues. Missing gas cap, overhearing transmission oil issue, bad catalytic converters. Numerous panels missing on the interior and door panels hangin off. Windows and interior buttons not functioning. Getting a dealer estimate to fix everything comes to over $4000. When I call the dealership and speak with someone they refuse to do anything to make this right. STAY AWAY this place is a SNAKE SCAM

Don’t buy here unless you enjoy dealing with dishonest people who will screw you over in the end

Un beknown to us our granddaughter purchased a vehicle, a 2008 Nissan Sentra from a dealership called Victory Lane Auto located in Raymore Mo. Mind you our granddaughter is 19 years old, her knowledge about cars is extremely limited and she is African American. My wife and I had no clue and were very surprise that she had purchased this vehicle on her own. She was very excited to show us her new car which was parked in our driveway. My wife and I looked at the car then we looked at each other in disbelief. If only we had taken a picture…
Long story short here is what we found and had fixed for a total of $1726:
• Chip and crack in windshield - Fixed
• Front Bumper RH Side glued on with some kind of adhesive - fixed
• Service Engine light on – gas cap had to be replaced
• Air bag light stayed on – right side seat belt assembly had to be replaced
• TPMS light on – all four sensors had to be replaced
• Replaced all four tires before it could pass safety inspection
• Needed an alignment
• No oil in engine – had oil and lube service performed
• Heat shield was loose and exhaust pipe broken – fixed
There was no vehicle history report given to her. We found in the glove compartment past service invoices and one where the car had been in an accident and received heavy front end damage, repairs came to $4430. This was not told to her. She was told by the dealer that the car had just came in and they hadn’t had a chance to go through and inspect the car. She was also told that they would take care of anything wrong with the car. She only had 30 days before her sales tax and registration would be due. After emails, phone calls and two visits we finally realize this was going nowhere.
I understand what “As Is” means, but to take advantage of a young 19-year-old. To tell her that they just got this car in and had not gone through and inspected the car, but still sell it to her. They knew the car was faulty and they knew what they were doing. Here’s another list for Victory Lane Auto of Raymore, Mo.:
• Unscrupulous
• Corrupt
• Shameless
• Shady
• Deceitful
• Untrustworthy
• Unethical
• Lacking principles
• Lacking morals
My advice is to stay away from Victory Lane Auto of Raymore, Mo. This review is going to the BBB and the state Attorney Office. Hopefully it will make people more aware of these kinds of dealerships.

To Victory Lane, your response came nearly 30 days to late. We've already had nearly all issues repaired so she could pass safety inspection and pay sales tax. You could have responded when these issues were first brought to your attention.

To Victory Lane, the reply that you sent to the State AG, is not what happen. You guys only replace a tie rod not tie rods, you also did not replace the exhaust. By time you you responded with the one email you sent asking our granddaughter to bring the car the major issues (air bag monitor system, broken exhaust pipe, glued on bumper, tpms, and cracked windshield.) we had already had fixed. You jokers are a piece of work. I don't know if it will be worth taking you counterfeit people to court. We'll see!

Super helpful, honest, didn't give me the runaround. Stayed patient with me for weeks when I couldn't decide what I wanted. But continued to take my calls and call me back to assure me he wanted to help and give me what I wanted. Also gave honest suggestions on what to purchase for my buck. I'd definitely recommend and I'd definitely go back. Thanks Jesse!

Do not buy from these people they barely know how to rig something up and they have their vehicles illegally inspected. I bought a truck from them last year they already had it "inspected" sticker and all. I had to go get another inspection to get it legalized and a bunch of stuff was wrong with it. Unless your looking to sink money into a vehicle I wouldnt recommend these people. Wish I could give them zero stars
