I never had any issues with the staff. They were extremely nice and helpful. They helped us take some pictures before we went. I went a little while ago but it was straightforward on buying tickets then going to the top. Cost was slightly pricey. Great views especially in the fall. Plenty of parking.

This place has signage that doesn't state where the right things are! Staff at vigilante are rude and obnoxious! They could care less about customer service!
Would never go back nor recommend to anyone! Telling me I don't know how to read,! I've been reading longer then this idiot has been alive.time to train staff and management what's right and wrong when it comes to speaking to customers!

Very overpriced for a 45 second zip line. Although the views at the top of the tower were ok.

I would have rated a 5 star if it were not for their confusing way of handling ticketing.

I purchased my tickets online. I got the play all day pass. We first arrived to the tower then realized we had to get our play pass at the farm entrance. But, we had to get the zipline passes in the tower (also purchased online). I we went back for our other pass then I waited in the long line for the zip passes. I get to the front and am told I could just check in with the desk by the front door since I bought online. All the people around me had also been all over the place trying to figure out how to work tickets.

My ride time was about 3pm. Like they say, they can run later. We got on about 315 so not much more of a wait!

A friendly staff for sure! The ride back up came about 5-10 minutes after our ride down.

Over all, it was a great experience and I recommend doing the zipline along with the play all day pass.

We went 7/23/23. Absolutely loved it! Took my 13 year old son he loved it to. The lady at the desk was helpful and very nice in letting us know what to do when we arrived. The lady at he top of the tower was awesome where we were safely put in-our harnesses. What a beautiful view from up there too. Highly recommended!

It was great! You're launched off a 20 story tower atop a high mountain. Too bad the ride isn't longer. It's a great heart pumping experience.

Very reasonable in price and affordable. 2nd year in a row attending and will be back in years to come. Excellent place.

My friend and I came up in June to celebrate our birthday's and the Zipline was one of the things we wanted to do, but my friend backed out. I came back in July with my daughter and grandson and after a lot of thought on their part we finally done it and it was the most amazing thing I have ever done. I forgot to mention I am 65 years old and ready to do it again. Thanks for the trill.

Such a beautiful experience. Was nervous at first but was the gate opened and I was sent out. I felt safe and secure and just enjoyed the view.

Wouldn't even give this a star but I have to to post a review.wasted 4 hours of our day to let us down at our scheduled time for wind after the unorganized process to get tickets. 0 stars from us.no signage no politeness and no wind. Hmmm.oh yeah we were charged to only be refunded in a couple days.wouldn't recommend this trap

I really enjoyed, I've been there back in 2014, little difference this time around with checking it but, seems better, Had my sister and 2 nieces with me this time whom never experienced it and they loved it! Thanks for a great fun ride! Will definitely return.

Bought tickets a month in advance for today 7/2 at 11am. Received a phone call this morning asking us to reschedule because they were already an hour behind so we reschedule for the same day at 4: 40pm. After rearranging our plans, we arrive only to find out the zipline is closed due to wind. Not only is it not very windy outside at all, we would have appreciated a phone call letting us know the ride was closed. Especially since we had to rearrange our day and accommodate for their problems. Very disappointed, would not recommend to anyone.

This experience was epic. Our family of 5 all did the zipline and loved the thrill. The reason for 4 stars is because of the confusing waiver and check in process. There is very poor signage, and no instructions. We filled out the waivers at the kiosk, then went to the zip line. We took the elevator up. There were NO signs stating that we had to check in AGAIN at the desk on the 1st floor. After the attendant didn't call our name (we made a reservation online the morning before), I asked why we were skipped. He asked if we checked in downstairs, and I replied no. He said we cannot go. So we went downstairs, and talked to the girl at the desk. We were rescheduled for later that day. Our time came, we went upstairs, and the attendant said, "didn't the girl downstairs tell you? The NWS closed us down due to wind speed". Seriously, we were sitting there waiting, and no one told us. We ended up rescheduled for the next morning, and FINALLY got our ride. Which was FANTASTIC!

Great fun, fast, purchased tickets online, minimal wait period. Arrived early and rode earlier then our set time. Wished it was longer!

Was such an awesome ride with a spectacular view from both the ride and the observation tower. Would recommend to everyone.

We visited Branson for our Wedding Anniversary and my husband's birthday the following day the week of April 25-28. I booked several tours and events prior to our trip. We were fortunate enough to schedule our zip rider for 4/26 as it rained the following day. I had actually booked 2 events at the same time in error and contacted Shepard of the Hills to see if they could move our time for later in the day. They responded promptly and rescheduled us which we were so thankful for. Everyone there was so kind and polite. It was our first time to try any type of zip lining and I was nervous but it was one of the most amazing experiences ever. The only thing I would recommend to them would be using some type of stool or step ladder if possible when getting off the seat after the ride. Especially for short people like me. It is a big jump down and not too comfortable on the arms trying to hang on. But, overall, this was an excellent experience and we highly recommend.

I would give this a negative rating if I could. We made a reservation at 1PM and planned the rest of our day accordingly. We got called up to do the zip line and then we were told we had to go back to the waiting room and wait for a large group of students to go before us pushing our turn back over an hour. They completely disregarded our reservation time and basically told us tough luck. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
