Not good at all. Apartments are freezing cold all the time. Heat doesn’t seem to work and there’s no help from them. You have to keep asking them. All this after paying so much in rent

Staff seems really nice. Ready to help with situations. I am a senior person and retired. Prices are some what high for one bedroom apartments. Needs repair or remodeling

Love Village Green Apts, Excellent Staff Sydney and Stephanie - all questions and concerns are answered promptly, Excellent Maintenance Services headed by Jason - all issues corrected quickly, Safe and quiet surroundings, clean apartments well maintained, close to grocery stores, restaurants, and clothing shops. Very happy with this Apartment.

Worst management and they will always find a way to charge money … stay away

Had to call multiple times to finally get an answer about an apartment I was interested in. After they finally answered, I confirmed with Sydney Mitchell, the Leasing Consultant, that I had a tour scheduled for a specific date and time. When showing up for my tour, nobody was in the leasing offices. I waited 15 minutes after my tour time and even called multiple times after that, and still nothing. Children were unattended running between the leasing offices and the indoor pool. SO unprofessional not to mention disrespectful to potential tenants' time and energy. Do not waste your time.

Rent has gone up and they increase rent without proper notice. And pool is so micromanaged and closed all the time. Not mention office staff is very poorly trained and educated.

Beware applying here is a scam they steal over a hundred dollars from you just to apply
