Vintage Stock reviews
15I got a 62.00 game for my Son a couple days before Christmas that was an XBox X game not realizing it's different then an XBox One game. I couldn't find my receipt luckily I signed up for their rewards program. After talking with a very helpful cashier on the phone who looked up my rewards info and he found my purchase. I was able to get the right game. I am one happy customer and my Son is very happy too! The cashier even pulled the game I need and had it ready for me to exchange. So nice of him!
If you want a good experience go to the liberty/Zona Rosa store. Most (not all) of the employees at this location are rude, will ignore you. Today I tried returning a game that did not work, they would not give me my money back because it "looked fine" insisted I exchange it but they didn't have another copy of it. So basically I was told to kick rocks because they don't want to honor their return policy.
It's a vintage stock. Nothing exciting unless you're a gamer or into collectibles.
Bad customer service. Called me a liar and offered me 4 bucks. I saw a movie set I had just sold in there for 10 bucks on display for 48. Just don’t waste your time selling them anything. If you can overlook the terrible customer service and majorly overpriced items then check it out.
Super nice employees, great selection from old to new games & systems. Way better than most other ones I've been to (especially the Liberty location) would recommend this one to everyone!
I went in with my two young daughters, one being an avid gamer and the other in love with Pokémon. I was so excited to show them one of the stores I used to nerd out at as a teen but instead we were ignored and not even greeted back after I said hello to an employee that was doing everything they could to ignore us. I didn’t think we were still treating girl gamers like this in 2022. We’ll drive the extra miles to go to the Liberty store from now on.
Awesome Store For Hard To Find DVD s & CDs > They Have Anime & Movie Posters As Well
Vintage Stock buys things for quite a bit less than they could/should. I understand they gotta make money, but don't rip the customer off to do it!
So the store really needs to be organized. I was looking through the dvds and it said it was alphabetically organized but there were alot out of order. The floor had alot of stains on the carpet as well. I have been here before but the prices are really high now. I found a used copy of a game I bought new at Walmart for the same price. The cashiers were nice though which is why i gave 3 stars. Overall not happy with my visit.
My husband found exactly what he was looking for you there in they were really friendly helped you know with everything that we needed even give us some advice
I prefer this store over the Liberty location because of a better selection of CDs that I was looking for. The customer service is comparable, just depends on who helps you in most cases, mostly better. The store seems more organized or less cluttered, possibly because it has more space.
There a rip of they say the buy ps3 games but there lie don't buy it sell anything there
Friendly and fast service. Organized, clean, well kept parking lot.easy to find prices & product information. Payouts for my items were not that great. (I prefer to have the trade in value, for each item
, printed on the receipt.) Good variety of items and the price is right.
Finally, I found a vintage stock much closer to home. This vintage stock is much larger than the others I've been to, and has more of an atmosphere about it. Had to wait a minute or two for a shop assistant to help me with what I needed but there only seemed to be two working. Yu-Gi-Oh cards were what i was after, and they had a full box of used ones. The cheapest one's I found were 25 cents, compared to the 10 cent cards you cm get at the location in Shawnee. That being said, all pf the cards were in sleeves and therefore much less damaged. I came away with six cards for my second deck: 3 tuners, 2 synchros and an XYX. I also managed to find a card whc had only recently been taken off the ban list so that was a major find. So even though the cards are a bit pricey, definitely beats going all the way to Shawnee.
A nice quiet place to dig through movies, comics, and cd's. They also have vintage consoles, and a selection of current and last gen games.
I typically enjoy checking out their used collectors edition game bundles. I was able to find a used Death Stranding collectors edition for $90, and there are always a decent number of collectors items to peruse.
