Vintage Stock, Grandview MO

They should rent a dumpster and bulldoze and put vintage stock of Grandview in there. Went up there and bought Tony Hawk 3. It didn't work. I went up there 2 weeks after I returned it and saw it again thinking it was a different game. Nope, same one I returned 2 weeks ago. Went up there yesterday and got another game that doesn't work. Keep up the good work!

Great Customer Service. Very friendly staff. I ordered a dvd to ship to my house. Crystal helped me set up an account and took the order. Very easy. I went in a week later to pick up some more DVDs they had on hold for me; and I was met with the same great customer service as on the phone. A+ employees

I was asked by Google to leave a review I've not got much to say except vintage stock is generally always good no matter which one. This location is a few years old at this point but it's the newest one in the area in Truman corners.they have an excellent selection of movies, vinyl, cd's and games for sure as well as older systems if you happen to be in luck.

I would never in my life shop here again. I would also advise everyone of “color” not patronize this establishment as well I walked in to return a game controller that didn’t work and was automatically racially profiled I was greeted with a poor attitude, the lady did not want to help me whatsoever she advised that my card number was wrong after I tried to prove to her and the store manager more than once the correct card they continued to both argue and yell at me instead of providing the great customer service they advertise. I told them my goal is to get the issue resolved not have a screaming match with the store manager and his employee he processed my return and it went through as I advised him it would had he tried it in the first place instead of yelling I’m going to make this experience known to the BBB because this is highly unacceptable.

Some kinda cool things in there that might interest most. A bit over priced for somethings. Interesting to go browse though.

Every time I call up looking for a product they tell me they don't have it and no other store has it with out actually taking the time to look only to call the other store and be told grandview has it ‍️ this has happened to me multiple times with this location if the employees would stop thinking they know everything and take the 2 seconds it takes they would get a lot more happy customers.

Me and others im close with have had bad experiences here, earlier i came in and i went it with an item that was missing something in it, item was marked as new, so i came in very calmly and understanding, when i told the employee my situation she sighed and walked towards a computer later afterwards i told her i wanted a refund as stated on the receipt she then proceeded to say in a rude way “so you want a refund because one small thing is missing” and i said yes please and when i gave her my id for the refund she rudely tapped the screen with my id to tell me to put in my phone number.it was very unprofessional for someone at a work place.

Okay so i normally never do this but ive thought long and hard about it and it needs to be said. Im kind of new in the area ive only been to a few vintage stocks. I found myself needing a simple item so i thought ill go up there and check it out i hear they have some cool stuff. So i look around for a little bit i couldnt find what i needed so i asked she said right behind you in a rude tone.okay cool silly me i dont know where everything is in the store so yeah im sure i looked silly but then checking out she was super rude. I guess if you are a member or something you have to put your number in before a transaction im not a member so i say my number wont be in here. Then rude again for no apparent reason. Well i cant do anything until you put something in there or hit exit. Very rude and unprofessiona. Worst customer service ive EVER experienced and i have been all over the country. I will never go back and would never recommend any of my friends or family. But i will say there was another woman helping other customers and she was very sweet and informative i wish she had been the one to check me out for my transaction.

Had the tv show i was looking for snd was a good price.nice selection of shows and movies.

Second time showing up during marked business hours and the store is closed. No note, no sign indicating why or weather they will be open later. I watched at least five other customers walk up just to find the doors locked. Incredibly unprofessional. At least put a sign up! This one star is for this truman corner location specifically. Love vintage stock in general, and I usually shop at the belton location.

We haven't been here in a while, but it was a good experience. Decent inventory and prices. The young lady behind the counter was friendly and helpful!

The large heavy set man that was behind the counter was very rude with an attitude because I asked them did they price matching item and he said no abruptly very rude so I will not continue here with my service.screw him

I go to Vintage Stock for the collectibles. This one probably has one of the smallest collections in the KC area.
However, the worst part of the store for me, has to be the dire lack of customer service. One more than one occasion I have entered the store, spent at least 10 minutes looking through the small collectible cabinet, exited the store, and had not one single associate even acknowledge my presence. In fact, during the anniversary sale I actually saw something I wanted, and just stood by the cabinet with my stopwatch running, waiting on someone (and no, the store was not busy). Won't be going here again.

Small selection of comic books especially new comics. But a good selection of everything else including some good deals.

You can find almost anything about video games. There's also stuff from anime, movies, and more.
