"I don't [want] to sound racist, but does Martin Luther King, Jr. Day matter to you? "

This woman said this to me during a custody schedule discussion this past Wednesday. I will give it no further context because racism doesn't need it. Virginia Busch spoke this racial comment to me and she needs to be put on check. I will be filing a formal ethics complaint against this woman and her firm for this.

Virginia, might I ask, would you have asked me that question if I was a person of color? We will all be waiting for your educated response.

She is kind and cares about kids but seems to favor mothers over fathers, this is frustrating when there is no accountability for a parent refusing to allow a parent to participate in their child’s life.

Would not recommend. She couldn't even show up on time. Very unprofessional in a few aspects in my opinion as a father.

It's been many years since I've needed the services of Virginia Busch, but I still recommend her every single time someone asks about needing a referral for a lawyer. Virginia is a child and women advocate. She is so knowledgeable and willing to do whatever is needed to ensure the best outcome for her clients. We are very lucky to have her looking out for families everywhere.
