Vision Source Bolivar

Dr. Krier and his staff were very friendly but also well trained and efficient. Very nice facility, modern and clean. I was given a very thorough exam, including a retinal scan. Overall, I was very pleased with my entire eye appointment. They were prompt and no wait time.

Worst vision care on this side of the Mississippi. These people will tell you one thing but do the opposite. Very untrustworthy. -5 Star.

I was there to get a metal splinter out of my eye and Doug was able to help me in removing it with ease
Not only was he very professional, but he was very friendly and made me feel very confortable which made a big difference.

Very disappointed. I made an appointment two weeks in advance online, called and confirmed both insurance and doctor. Then day of appointment they don't have me scheduled, and say I was told incorrectly about insurance.

Very kind and friendly staff. The eye doctor was very nice and patiently explained every thing he was doing to my son.

Would not recommend Vision Source. If you wear contacts you will be charged an additional fee, I have never had an optometrist do this. I have been wearing contacts and getting annual exams for 20 years. In addition my prescription was taken from -5.00 to -4.50. After receiving my contacts and wearing them for 3 weeks I realized I was really straining to read especially while driving (one week of these were samples) when I needed to exchange for my previous prescription I was advised that its against policy to exchange an open box. I was able to exchange the unopened boxes, thankfully. Unfortunately I now have an (almost) entire box of contacts that I cannot use. After one week of samples I still wasn't sure, but they didnt have anymore. They did offer me a box of samples for -4.75.but what use is that? Very frustrating and expensive mistake using Vision Source. Staff was respectful and the clinic was very clean, but this is irrelevant when you cannot get the correct prescriptions.

I am more than satisfied with this office and the way they accommodate if there is an emergency. Would highly recommend this office.

First time visiting and I am absolutely amazed on the quality and time I was given! The doctor was very attentive and informative! When it came to picking my frames and lenses, I told them that I wanted to stay within what my insurance covered and they did just that! I'm very pleased and will be a long time patient!

Awesome place! My girls got exams and glasses within two days. Helpful and friendly staff.
