Vision Street Eye Care, Farmington MO

I cannot really recommend them because the glasses I picked don't work for me. They are beautiful, but I can not see well and they would not let me exchange them for new frames. I would have to spend another $450 for a new pair after already spending $550.

Dr. Street is amazing! I need prescription glasses that require a detailed explanation for use in order to see well in various settings. He took the time to make sure I understood everything and was very thorough in his exam. All of the staff are personable yet professional. Highly recommend Vision Street!

They take time and answer all your questions. They explain exactly what’s going on with your eyes and how to keep them healthy. I never feel rushed or like I’m just another patient at Vision Street! 10/10 recommend!

Dr. Street was amazing! Came in c/o of headaches and he was able to figure out why in no time. Everyone should run, not walk, to get their eyes checked here!

Every employee that assisted me in picking out my glasses was kind, helpful, and patient. The staff is professional and enjoyable to be around.

I had new lenses made there. After I had paid I was thinking they were more expensive than what I had been paying for lens replacement in the past at other eye doctors. I called them & they said the reason was I had no insurance. I said I do have insurance & you had submitted it before for my eye exam. She insisted again I do not have insurance. After giving her the card I asked her to call the number on the insurance card and they will explain I do have insurance. Long story short and after 65 minutes of restating again she finally called and I have insurance. Surprise. Now I have to submit the claim myself. Bummer.

First off, THANK YOU! I called on Monday the 10th because the place I was scheduled to get an exam canceled on me. I knew it was unlikely that I’d get in, but Vision Street accommodated me and got me for an exam the SAME DAY! The staff was courteous. I was educated and treated amazing.

Here’s the kicker - after I selected my
glasses, I was told that they’d be ready for pickup in 12-14 days, which I was perfectly content with. Guess what? Here it is, the 14th and I got a call that my glasses were ready! I can see now! 5 stars is not enough. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Everyone was amazing, very friendly and helpful. I was in and out in under 40 minutes. I live over an hour away and I will continue to go here for all my vision needs.
