I am getting older and with age comes vision changes in drastic form. When I called in to make my appointment I was very upfront about what I needed and even able to get a ballpark idea of how much the new glasses would cost with all the bells and whistles…. Well Darlene was AWESOME! This lady went above and beyond and was very patient with me! Fast forward to the appointment. I got right in, they were all very friendly and the doctor did not talk down to me he treated me like I was a human with real feelings and at this stage in my life I needed that. So now to check out…. DARLENE… the bomb.com is the one I’m working with again and she was dang near spot on for the price I was gonna pay, she is hilarious and just all around a great human! Visionworks your the best!

I hate change all I want is to come in and get my same prescription since the only reason I am coming in the first place was due to badly scratched lenses and just needed new ones. I even have prescriptions sunglasses with the same script and no problems out of them and they are the same kind. Frustrating that a eye dr won’t listen to his patients when sometimes they know more with their eyes then they do. Do t spend your money here I lost over 600 dollars because they thought they knew better and was wrong. Only reason they got any stars was that’s the only way to post their bad review. So disappointed been coming here for years

I took my family to get eye exams and new glasses. Darlene was very kind and helped us the get checked in and answered any questions I had. Angie was very friendly and helped our daughter to go through all of the exams with no problem. Also she was very helpful with me trying contacts. Dr Barkley was very thorough and helped with any questions I had about my daughter and contacts. Definitely gonna return and I would highly recommend.

Wonderful experience! Did family eye exams. Angie was very kind and helpful throughout the entire process. She even gave my daughter a coloring book while she waited during our exams. Streamlined process and informative team!

Grandson and his mom went in for exam, Visioworks didn't complete the exam and told him they wouldn't charge his insurance. But when we went to another eye clinic and they ran his new exam the insurance wouldn't cover it because Visionworks didn't cancel their incomplete eappointment.

The custom service reps were friendly and helpful, and the woman who conducted my preliminary eye tests was patient and great at her job. And Dr. Barkley is the best optometrist I've ever seen. I wish all healthcare was as pleasant as a trip to Vision Works.

This is definitely the best place I've ever been for glasses. I can see better with these glasses than any others I've had. The optometrist took his time and everyone was so nice. They helped me save money too!

I went with my boyfriend to his appointment. He was looking to get contacts again for the first time in about a year. The doctor gave him a pair of contacts to try out. My boyfriend couldn’t see out of his right eye as it was very blurry. The doctor asked him to read the lines and although he could read 20/20, except for one letter which is still considered 20/20 to the doctor, his vision in his right eye was still blurry and just wasn’t right. He mentioned something to the doctor and the doctor was rude. He didn’t give an explanation or try to fix it. He tried to send him on his way with blurry vision. My boyfriend was persistent that something was wrong, but the doctor just got aggravated and annoyed, unwilling to help my boyfriend.
They scheduled a follow up appointment. We cancelled it, and paid for the glasses exam. They said to get the contact prescription he would need to return for the follow up and pay for his contacts to get the contact prescription.
Overall, staff seemed on edge and not very welcoming. Makes sense as they were working under an unprofessional and uneducated eye doctor.

I didn't like how i was treated and when i said i didnt need a follow up after i pay for my contacts she said that they would not release my contacts until i go to the follow up even after i pay for them. How can they keep your purchased item after you pay for them. Will never go back, i felt very uncomfortable

The eye doctor was absolutely amazing! I've been to quite a few places, and this is the first place to actually get it right for once!

Staff is always very helpful without being pushy. I can always tell they care more about the customer rather than about making the sale.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very satisfied with our glasses. My family and I will definitely be using Visionworks as our eye care center.
