We have been having issues with our AC unit and having trouble getting technicians to come out due to our existing warranty. Every staff member I talked to was friendly, courteous and empathetic - special shout out to Heather - she was so kind. Our technician John came out and he was friendly and extremely professional. Made us feel like we were in good hands from appointment set up to our servicing.

I don't write a lot of reviews, but when it comes to something important like HVAC for homeowners - I would definitely recommend going through Vogel.

I woke up on one of the hottest days of 2023 to find out my A/C wasn't functioning. Ben was great. He diagnosed the problem within minutes and had it working again after replacing the blower. Thanks for the great service.

The technician was very quick to arrive, and very efficient. He was easy to talk to and was not trying to pressure us into any additional services which is always a plus when you don’t feel pressured to get more than you asked for in a stressful situation. He provided helpful information and feedback. He also answered all of our questions patiently. I will definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

Great HVAC company to work with! Called and they were out the next day! Their technician Adam is great! He just left our house and was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He got our system up and running within minutes all while explaining what the issues were. Couldn't ask for a better technician! Thank you Vogel and Thank you Adam! This is not a service disturbance but to your employee who is driving your company van who lost his attitude at 360 this morning. He decided it would be cute to flip me off this morning. I hope your day is better, sweetie. I’m sorry you didn’t think of your company and your presentation of yourself driving a company van. I would be embarrassed if I was you. I’ll be sure to tell my family not to call your company

Commercial customer. Had decent service in the past. This time service tech didn't tell me or fix anything when he was out there. Sent an email Saying he could reach me by phone. The next day he said he must have dialed the wrong number.
Told me it would be $6000 to fix my ac. After talking to a manger they fixed it for $3700 the next day.
Called to service my working AC at my other store tech came out and told me $4400-$6400 to fix. I told them to replace the filters and that's it. So they changed me $100 for the filters and $1200 to put them in. 4 hours 2 men at $160/hr. I would recommend you go elsewhere! You can’t trust these people anymore.

Vogel is a little on the expensive side, but for the quality of service and the quality of the hvac system itself, it’s very very worth it. We needed an entirely new system and went with the cheapest option they had available and it’s still such a high quality, I can’t believe it. A huge step up from the 50 year old furnace held together by duct tape that was hanging on by a thread in the basement. I’d recommend Vogel to absolutely anyone

Over priced $1152 to replace a blower motor that cost $150, $65 to drive 1.5 miles to get the blower motor, $119 service call that does not count toward the bill asked repair guy why so much looked at me like I was crazy and said I don’t know. I do NOT recommend.
