Picked up my son's truck and delivered it to the shop and I didn't have to be there. Great service!

Called them on a Sunday afternoon and they were unable to tow a car from a location in Union to 2 miles down the road. Very disappointing.

Our truck just died while driving I-44 close to St Clair, Mo we know no one in that area so a tow truck it would be. The crew from Vogelgesang’s Towing was absolutely FANTASTIC! They were fast getting to us and getting us off the side of the highway and the friendliest people you could meet. Hope to not need a tow anytime soon, but will definitely call them should the need arise!

We experienced low tire pressure on our motor home while traveling through Missouri. We pulled off at an exit and called them for service. A tech came to meet us with in minutes of our call! He diagnosed that we actually suffered a blow out.not just low air pressure. We were very impressed with their speed and professionalism!

Can't thank vogelgesangs enough for the service they provided to me and my girlfriend after we were run off the road in the middle of I-44 by a semi. Jeff went above and beyond to help us get out of the median and back on our feet so we could make the trip back home! Thank you so much!

These guys will get the job done. My driver Anthony was an amazing driver. Their prices are fair and they have top of the line equipment.

Ray did an excellent job of towing our vehicle. He kept us up-to-date with his location and arrival. On arrival it took only 15 minutes from the time he arrived until he left with our car. He was very professional and knew his business! Thank you, Ray!

Shout out to Jeff for coming to the rescue and pulling us out of the mud not only that, he notice the towel I had used in my efforts to gain traction was jammed in between my tire and rim and using a couple tools and skills he managed to fix my mistake and get us back on the road in 10 minutes. Thanks a million jeff

Forget about helping people. Vogelgesang's is all about the money. My mother is in her 60's and was in an accident caused by icy roads on I-44. The driver that showed up agreed to tow her from the Pacific/Union area to her home in Sullivan, out past Meramec State Park (she agreed to pay the extra fee). On their way to her house, his boss called and demanded that he abandon her at a gas station in St. Clair at 9 PM on a Sunday when the temperatures outside were in the 20's, all so he could make more money towing more cars in the icy weather.

The driver dropped her off, and the gas station worker told her she couldn't stay there and wait for a ride. She walked next door to the Taco Bell, sat down at a table, and started crying over the phone calling my brother to get a ride home. One of the workers there, Doug, was very kind and let her stay there while she waited for my brother to pick her up. If he had not been so kind, my mother would have had to wait outside that night in the freezing weather. I'm glad someone was there to make her feel a little better and show some basic human decency to someone who had just been through so much that night. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for Vogelgesang's Towing.

I had an issue with my battery. Jeff was called to assist with my Roadside Assistance. Let me just say that he was prompt, helpful and went beyond in getting my car started so that I could get where I needed to go to replace the battery. Great customer service from a nice guy. Would definitely call Vogelesang's Towing and Recovery again!

Can’t say enough about this Business last night my sister and I got stuck on the side of Highway 50 with a flat tire and waited two hours for the tow company our insurance was supposed to be sending only to find out that the company had canceled and we were not notified. We the contacted another tow company which took another 30 minutes and still nobody was there mind you it’s almost 1am. Ronny one of the employees here was helping another car that had hit the same thing and asked if we needed help, we told him no we had somebody coming so he proceeded to help someone else but then on his way back he stopped because still no one was here to help, and said he was not leaving two 20-year-old girls on the side of the road by themselves at night and changed our tire for us. He was a true gentleman and a life saver.

Unfortunately I have need a few tows. These guys have always been there when I needed them beyond being professional they were always quick to get to my car.

April 2022, Called around 10: 40pm, Jeff answered and was ready and able to help after a catastrophic engine failure on 44. Jeff even helped my wife and I contact an Uber driver to take us to our destination.
We definitely recommend calling if you're in need of a tow. Very friendly, helpful, and professional. Thank you again Jeff for helping us in our time of need.

Mark was very helpful and very good with having to drive us 3hours away. He got us there at a decent time and was very polite. With having bad anxiety this guy was on point and left no room for stress!

Mark was great. Came out quickly to tow my car which broke down on I-44W. Very pleasant and professional, even at 4am! Highly recommended, good people and solid service.

I've used their services twice and if necessary, God forbid, I'll use them again. They were prompt and courteous. Excellent qualities these days.
