We've had several tire and alignment issues on our certified pre-owned. The VW warranty is great, but the parts and service center continues to improperly diagnose and pass the buck to the consumer.
We've bought new tires, had them aligned multiple times, and the problem continues on the same front tire, even after rotation.
Suspension is likely the issue, they just can't properly diagnose or honor warranties.
Great cars, poor service.
