Great customer service, will look up movies 4 you so you don't waste ur time looking (unless u want to) sometimes I go and look around and something pops out at me and says "buy me"! This is my "Kid in the candy store" place. Keep on doing what you do guys.

This store is unethically poaching the PS5 console. Disc console is $499.99 why is V Stock charging $749.99 and forcing arbitrary rules on the purchase. Answer is supply and demand. How is selling the product for $250 more than market price and only selling if the customer buys 2 controllers and 3 games ethical? I find it hard pressed that a manager or owner will comment on this post. I went to this store with full intentions on purchasing 90s era games, I left without buying anything because this business is practicing poor marketing.

Though Vinyl, DVD and Blu-ray used prices are competitive, I will not spend money at this store. I hope this review assists potential customers.

This Vintage Stock is connected to a mall and has a good sized library of books and a nice selection of t shirts! It's still got a big DVD/blu-ray selection and lots of videogames, consoles and collectibles. This is one of the few that we've visited that game had such a large book collection. Very nice and helpful staff! (Restrooms are closed right now due to covid-19)

Best store for gamers, movie lovers, book lovers, and nerds of any kind. The staff is super nice and helpful. Great store.

This store has everything you'd want when it comes to music books ect. If they don't have what you're looking for they'll find it

Great place to find new and used games of all platforms imaginable, movies, and books. They had a decent selection of vinyl but really didn't look through the collection.

Like to go and see the variety of stuff, only one bad experience so far and it was an employee that had a bad attitude. But we will be back to get the wonderful things from our past that we buy, keep up the great job

It's a giant store filled with all types of toys, games, movie props, etc. Lots of used game options. Like a giant garage sale for electronics.

I was there to sell a perfectly working Wii console with numerous accessories. My issue wasn't so much the offer as it was the attitude of the employee. I would have loved maybe $75 bucks but they threw $35 at me and said "We are like a pawn shop and only pay 10%". Ok I get you want it cheap in case it sits (10% though? What a scheme). Anyway, when I first entered I asked if they could say a general price, hoping to not waste each other's time. I was told no. So 15 minutes of plugging stuff in then about 45 or 50 minutes of computer entry, between helping others, and they gave that offer. I immediately said no thanks and offered up they could have saved time doing the data entry step first, make an offer, then start testing if offer accepted. The employee simply didn't comprehend the idea of making the offer first to save the testing time. And apparently wasting my time over theirs is more important as well. I'll admit not the employees fault there they don't own the business. However after saying no the employee proceeded to set the console in the box I brought it in then literally was tossing the rest in with no care. I guess if they aren't getting it what do they care if something gets broken. Needless to say I won't bother for future sale items to go to them. And offhand there prices are not much better to begin with overall (I had lots of time to shop around, probably why they ask that you don't leave while they are checking your items). Better off buying second hand from personal sellers IMHO.

I bought an XBox 360 that was used. It still had accounts and parental controls in place. I called them, and they exchanged it immediately.

I really do love the deals.
And best of all is the amount of DnD books and items for my campaigns. Almost everything someone could need starting out for a game of DnD. The t-shirts and games they have are varied, even older titles on classic game systems.

SCAM! Went to buy a ps5 and they’re up selling it for $750 AND making you buy 2 games and a controller so forcing you to spend over $1000 bucks. RETAIL STORES CANT DO THAT! BBB WHERE YOU AT? !

V-stock is a weird place. On paper it is everything i want in one place. However, in practice this is not the shopping experience i want. If i go there for something, like a specific comic or movie, it is the one they do not have. On the rare chance that i find something i want, it is 30-50% higher priced than anywhere else. Seriously, a 3 year old ps4 game new for 45 bucks!? Or a used d and d book for 5 dollars cheaper than new? I cannot recommend this place for anything other than paying a premium to shop for a lot of different people in 1 store.

Very helpful staff. They looked up to verify answers to every question I had. They have games and collectibles that you can't find anywhere else.

Great experience! The associates were awesome and I liked the selections as well as the prices. It's about 25 miles from where I live but worth the drive
