Waffle House, Belton MO

My friend's first experience at waffle house and he loved it. It's my goto for bfest at any hour. I ordered too much, as always, and mad I forgot to grab my To go leftovers. I was so tired from the night before. Lol

I didn't enjoy the food at all. Tables and chairs were dirty - I had to ask for them to be cleaned. The scrambled eggs were OK, but hash browns & bacon were nasty. My son usually likes it but not so much this time.

Food was pretty good.staff was nice. Only reason for a two star.as I was leaving there was a mouse that came from under a fridge and ran across the floor.

This particular location is the only one I really go to. Have had decent times to be there and like how I am known somewhat due to the amount of times I've been there.

Zero stars! Patiently waited for 15 minutes in the waiting seat with my family, never greeted. Decided to leave when 2 different parties who came in after us got helped, and the nerve of the waitress to say loudly to the people who came after us "thanks for your patience. " Will never come back again!

On 3-19-22 at 4 a.m. No one but us 3 went in and waitress was a sleep at table cook and waitress was not friendly and mad cause we came in. Waitress seemed to be on drugs other times in there were good

Walked in nobody greeted us. Table sat dirty 15 min.
We waited for 15 min. While nobody said a thing except one older lady finally said something. Nothing continued to happen. So we left. Over 15 min of pretending to not see us. October 29th 3: 00

Well for 3 employees that was working they where doing the best best they could but the place could needed cleaned badly the food was good and the cook at the time was doing her job the best she could

I was told by hikeisha (a server) that she doesn't practice team work because "y'all people don't tip". I was apauled by her statement. It was racist and unprofessional. I felt very violated and disrespected. Never will this store get another dollar from me. A family walked out after waiting patiently for an hour. No one said anything to this family it was sad

We were there and were 14 people, they took half the order. And then the cooker start with a bad attitude. The waitress was fine though. I think they should have a notice saying we do not take large parties. Anyway, we ended leaving the place. There should be more people or do not take like parties. But what was not acceptable was the cooker attitude.

Fine clean cut young man on the grill and a little tattooed beauty taking the ticket.fast, efficient, delicious! I look forward to my next visit! Thank you!

Terrible customer service. Walked in and No one greeted or addressed me for several minutes and I was sitting at the counter alone. Not the first time bad service was received at this location.

This particular waffle House was way too cold in temperature the coffee was barely lukewarm the food was cold even the waitress was cold in her demeanor

Best service, cleanest environment, most lights on, best food I’ve ever had at a Waffle House. The crew on 8/29-8/30 around 1am- peak performance. Couldn’t have been happier.

First time going to Waffle House. Food was prepared quickly, accurate and it was tasty. We don't have Waffle House in my region, we traveling I would stop again

Went in around 11: 15 on a Monday and stood there for 15 minutes and nobody said a thing to us. I understand being shorthanded, but at least say something!

I had a horrible experience at the store the cook was very rude and had a bad attitude I never go to the location again.

I came in at 430am on Monday morning and there was a lady degrading and yelling at a young girl. Three people in the restaurant told her to go behind closed doors. She would not leave and just kept on yelling at the young girl. I felt so bad for the young girl that I tipped her $20 and I hopefully made her feel better. I hope she takes my advice and quits or gets the other lady to quit working there because that was the worst environment that I think I have ever been in while eating.

Nikki was our server and she was friendly and efficient. This place is like a family. Food was great and had a good time with all the crew. This is our go to place for breakfast.
