I stayed at Wagon wheel park for 8 months! Owners are very kind and will do anything to help you. Others living there are very friendly. I gave it 4 stars just because of the train noise but other than that it was a great stay!

This is one of the cleanest and best kept RV parks. We stayed here for almost 4 months and were treated like family from the start. The owners do a great job at making sure things are running as they are supposed to and always greet you with a smile. I would highly recommend Wagon Wheel.

Wagon Wheel is my home away from home! My dad and mom stayed here for years! With no problems ever. The owners are very nice and will help you do whatever you ask of them and more. Here is to more years at the Wagon Wheel love it and feel very safe here

The owner of this rv park is a weird person. Acts nutty by times. Does crazy things. My r v got damages there by there mowrs. Over 500 dollars in damage. Vehicles messed with. And had one neighbor. Trying to get into a fight.they discriminate against people. And don't like black people. And is in a bad part of the city. Lots of crime. Run down area. Their remarks about having to go to court to have me removed. Is a lie. I left of my own. After all the harressment I was getting from them being behind it all. Going to the point of Threatening bodily harm to a handicapped person

Excellent RV park! Awesome and very helpful owners.friendly and open and very active! My wife and I stay at RV sites all around the country and this is one of the very best! Good prices, good location and good people.you can't get any better than that!

This park has the friendliest park owners we have met in a long time. Helpful, professional, but made us feel very welcome and we made new friends for life. We really enjoyed being at Wagon Wheel for our time here in KC. Lawns are kept up and laundry is clean. Heads up, if you plan to stay here, call the electric company provided to get your power on at leaat a day ahead of time. We thankyou Jamie and Carla for including us in your FAMILY.

I called to try to get information and the lady was very rude didn't want to give me any information because they didn't have any thing available, she would not tell me how much prices were, when something might come available, and Everytime I tried asking anything she would not let me speak

There are not any shoddy trailers in here, all them relatively new, very good looking pieces of equipment, I'm not familiar with the price for living there with connection fees or anything like that period all I can tell is what I observed by I from a friend's yard. But only know it is a very pleasant looking place, and where I in the market for something like that, I would very probably live there.

Seem nice enough, mostly trailers are in good repair or relatively new, I don't know anything about the rates, and I don't know anything about the trailer park itself other than the fact that it looks decent. Because I don't know anybody who lives there. I do have a friend who lives across the street but she does not know any of the particulars. Sorry, you'll have to call and find out for yourself.

As of today there is an 8 month wait list. I called and spoke with the woman who answers. I wasn't asked if I wanted to be on that list but I sure hope I can be soon. A facebook page with updates and r.v. Qualifications as well as renter restrictions would be great!
