Wagon wheel restaurant reviews
10 Overall, very satisfied with the Wagon Wheel. Located in the tiny town of Richland, it is a nice break when you want to get out of the hunting camp for dinner. I will say the salad bar is outstanding as well. We also had the boneless Buffalo chicken wings appetizer, and it was very good. They aren't afraid to throw the heat to the Buffalo sauce.
Everyone was very happy with their meals! You definitely need to try their burgers. The double is a mouthful!
The place was nasty I had to wait forever to get the nasty food and the food was horrible I ordered a chicken breast and it was so tuff I couldn’t eat it. And the mashed potato’s were soured. I asked if I could just have some mashed potatoes off the food bar and she said no so she brought me some that were spoiled we just got up and left my food on the table and ended up paying $34 my husband ate off the food bar and he said it wasn’t much better. Our waitress was tweaking on something with rotten teeth. Yikes scary
We think they have the best Catfish around. We can't make up our minds between the large fried or sauteed catfish fillets so we get both and share YUM! Been here many times and the cook is great and the staff is friendly and provides good service.
The salad bar needs to be kept filled, it comes with the meal.
Breakfast buffet was expensive for what they had on it. We have eaten lunch there before and it was great, but breakfast buffet was sad.
Had one of the worst breakfast experiences ever. The whole restaurant wreaked of natural gas. Had to repeatedly ask our waitress for assistance, and when we finally got her attention she was rude.the food was decent but not for the price. Will not be going back.
This was the Restaurant in Richland. THEY WERE EXTREMELY POLITE & ACCOMMODATING! We were tired & had just driven down to attend a Family Visitation. They were almost closing - but, still treated us like "real customers" - instead of trying to "hurry us up", so they could leave. They didn't even know our situation-but, we wanted them to know that we appreciated their hospitality, very much. THANK YOU!
Massive, flavorful burger piled with plenty of onions and some bacon. Mashed potatoes and gravy were good even though they aren’t homemade. Typical brown gravy flavor. Our waitress had a constant “allergy” cough and was waiting for an allergy shot the next day. I only found this out after asking if she was ok, with the cough and all. Maybe we should have skipped staying. Super gross to constantly cough INTO your hand and then handle food. This solo waitress had an apparent trainee who was definitely happy to be there. I’d probably come back but hopefully after that allergy shot happened.
The Train Wreck was very good, and was served in massive portions! There was an issue with the chocolate milk, in that they ran out of chocolate syrup while making it and served us slightly darker milk.
My regular breakfast joint. The staff is always friendly and the food is great. I've eaten lunch/supper here several times as well, and the food is great. Short-handed, like most places, but the wait isn't bad.
Great service as soon as you get in the door until you leave and the food is amazing! You will want to go very hungry or share with someone because the portions are huge!
