Walgreens, St. Louis MO

If you need your medicine on a specific date don’t go here! Every month on the same exact date, I get prescribed meds I have to take every day. And every month I get the same “we don’t have enough but we’ve ordered some” which makes me go at least 2 days without my medication. I’ve requested my doctor send my prescription elsewhere and this may take up to 72 hours but you know what? I’ll be without my medicine for that much longer but I vow never to step foot into this location again! The pharmacy staff is completely unreliable and they know it and don’t care! Good riddance!

Bought a mug last night, friend wanted one. Noticed that they were buy one get one 50% off. Manager changed the price so I only paid the 50%, very nice staff. However I also bought two Slim Jim's, both expired in Dec. Blech.

This Walgreen's location is conveniently located, plus drive thru access to pharmacy. Always pleasant staff eager to help.

The never follow up with anything! Especially a prior suth! Every time I go there I have an issue with my Rxs.

My card got hacked using their machine. This happened at a different location with someone else. If they are going to have atm machines they need to monitor them and make sure their customers are taken care of. Now I have to go through all these fraud steps, purchase a new card and much more.
Also having an employee run the register and stock with no one else on the floor is very unprofessional. Customers are running around looking for someone to ring them out, yet the employee gets yelled at if they don't finish their stocking for the night.

I like this Walgreens because the wait time at the pharmacy counter is usually not very long and I'm usually in and out in about 10 minutes.

The staff is always friendly & helpful. While my family has been dealing with complicated health concerns over the years, the pharmacists have been a Blessing to us. Their time, understanding & knowledge shared, has often been more helpful than the doctors we've encountered. Highly recommend!

Terrible service! HORRIBLE! I've been calling for days to confirm the rx;
No one is picking up the phone, wait time is like 15-20 minutes and when they answer they sound like you have reached ghetto market.

The pharmacy is the worst!
This store is getting bad every day &there's some foreign attitude too.

I frequently attend this location to pick up my prescriptions. The staff is nice and they're always very timely! What more can you ask for?

Customer service has gone down drastically in the pharmacy department. Waited 10 mins in the drive thru to pick up prescription and was ignored. Only one other person was at the window when I got there and they weren't even being helped.

Great service. I could not fine what I came for, so they substituted another name brand and honored my coupon.
