Drug Store Walgreens reviews
20If possible avoid this store the customer service is bad, merchandise is locked up; where as, you have to walk around the store to find someone to unlock cases and assist you. You're assumed as a thief because they will not give you the merchandise you have to pick it up during check out. The store is filthy, the shelves are bare so save yourself some time and find another store.
After spending over two hours awaiting my prescription which I have filled for the past year there I was told my insurance was not cooperating. OK, I will call them. This was a lengthy process and at one point I needed a pen to write something down. My hands were quite full so I asked and employee behind the pharmacy counter if she could get me something to write with. Sierra rudefully said “I ain’t got no pen! ” I then said “certainly there’s got to be a pen somewhere back there that I could use very quickly? ” Sierra responded with “don’t you raise your voice at me! “ I happened to be on the phone with someone who could hear everything that was going on and even they replied that I did not raise my voice at all. I did Address the issue with the manager on my way out the door. I will never return to that location. I understand we all have bad days, but I will not spend my hard earned money into a companys location that allows employees to treat their customers in such a way. I will also add that their candy section it was almost empty. I did not inquire as to why
Unprofessional. I was attempting to make an exchange on cigarettes, which I had purchased a few hours prior, and the security guard interjected and told the Walgreens cashier to not do the exchange. I had my receipt, ID, card they were purchased on, Balance Rewards ID and the cigarettes were sealed with the Missouri stamp on the bottom. Not sure what the security guard has to do with Walgreens policy. I called the store and was put on hold 4 times.
Tried to get prescriptions filled for my 2 sick daughters tonight. Pharmacist Elizabeth was extremely rude and hateful. She could definitely tell that our children were sick and showed no compassion. If she cannot handle working the night shift, she needs to find a new career path. Unbelievable!
Just plain out right NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN IT COMES TO THIS LOCATION MIND BLOWING SERVICE NEVER TO VISIT AGAIN
Went home only to discover that I do not have all the pictures that I wanted printed out even though I used the scanner at the photo booth to make copies of the photos in the photo department. Now I have to go back up there to see about the pictures I scanned and wanted copied but never gotten. I have a feeling that the photos were never even printed out in the first place.
Waisted my time at this pharmacy twice! I called ahead to get a vaccine. Staff told me the vaccine was available. Arrived within an hour and there was no vaccine and it had not been in stock for a while. After waiting for staff to look everywhere for the vaccine, finally it was decided to order a supply. I was to be called when the shipment arrived. No one called. When I called, days later, I was told the shipment had arrived and the vaccine with it. Returned to the pharmacy and again there was no vaccine. No one could explain the run around I was given. Then I'm told I need a prescription. Why I was not told that I needed a prescription a week before when I first arrived to receive the vaccine was bewildering. Such a waist of my life! I will not be going back.
A woman who worked in the pharmacy messed up my prescription and said she gave me a 90 day script instead of 30. I didn’t realize how important it was at the time to not recycle my bottle before getting a new refill to prove it was only 30. Now I know. This prompted a huge issue because I couldn’t get my medication for a few days because in their system it shows I should be good for 60 more days. Walgreens pharmacy said I had to call my doctor who said call my insurance company who said call the pharmacy. Every company wanted me to call someone else. Long wait times on hold to figure it out. It was a headache. But I called because I wanted to speak to someone of the seriousness of the nature. It was lucky this happened to me and not someone who is a kidney transplant patient for example and could have literally died while waiting for the medication error to be fixed. If you’re handing out prescription strength medication you need to really try and slow down and be very careful. When I spoke to the head pharmacist on August 8,2019, he seemed like it was no big deal and brushed it off. And that’s what really annoyed me because I just wanted him to speak to the technician about being more careful.
The longest line I've ever been in a Walgreens. Only one cashier working and end of the line was closer to photo then to the cash register.
Worst Walgreen's ever. I have no clue how this location stays in business with their rude staff and pharmacy that can't seem to dispense medicines properly. They messed up the dosing on my son's medcine, which made it impossible to get a refill when he needed it, since they submitted it incorrectly to insurance as well. Did nothing to make the situation right costumer service wise. I will never get another prescription here, even if it is the only pharmacy in 30 miles with the med we need (which was the case last time). Would rather travel then deal with all the issues and potentially deadly mistakes caused by their pharmacy. STEER CLEAR OF THIS STORE!
HORRIBLE PHARMACY! Wrong prescription TWICE. I went in for 60pills of 50mg spironolactone and paid and when i got home i was given 60pills of 25mg! I called and they told me to go back and i did but MISTAKE AGAIN! For the second time! They gave me 24 pills of the 60 pills of the 50mg Spironolactone! Now the right dosage but the wrong amount. Is this really happening at a pharmacy where people get important medication for all different types of life threatening illnesses. I'm in complete shock at the incompetence of the entire pharmacy staff. Next thing you know they will give penicillin to someone by accident that is allergic to it. YOU CANNOT BE MIXING UP PEOPLE PRESCRIPTIONS, NOT ONCE BUT TWICE! I called immediately to file a complaint but ofcourse noone is around to file my complaint and was told to call in the morning. Wow. Absolutely amazing! Now i dont even know if the current medication they gave me is right since the medication has no name or sign for me to make sure they didnt make another mistake and gave me a completely wrong medicine
I've been going to this store from time to time the past few years and have never been impressed with the service, but I now refuse to return due to the pharmacy manager Andy, whose condescending, aggressive, and unapologetic manner has amounted to some of the WORST customer service I've ever experienced.
The picture service person said she could only do two 2x2 pictures for fifteen dollars even though it was the wrong size and I told her I need something different. I got eight of the right size photo in nearby cvs for a cheaper price and a much better quality.
This was not a good trip. Sure, I got what I wanted. But did I really have to wait for five whole minutes because the cashier was talking with a customer (I guess they are friends?). They were just chatting away even though the customer was already done with her purchase. I think the two buddies eventually figured out why I was standing there, and finished their conversation. I guess next time when I'm in a rush like I was, I'll just go the extra block down the road to CVS.
The rudest pharmacy people I have ever met. I customer service skills. Talked to us like we don’t need the meds we are prescribed. All around worst experience I have ever dealt with.
This store has the worst crew members. Everyone just walking pass you. When you ask a question No one was willing to help. One lady just shook her head to everything I asked. I didnt even want to shop anymore Like? Where's the customer service
I can see now why this store has such a low rating. Manager on duty at 7pm May 19th was very rude! Never will I return or refer this location! I’m a huge Walgreens shopper but this store is not worth the time! Worst experience ever.
I had to make a run to this store yesterday which was the day before Thanksgiving and the women working there was rude! I had one of those wheel baskets and I placed it on the counter so I could take out my items and place them on the counter easier and she literally rolled her eyes, grunted and exhaled as if what I was doing was pathetic. After that she put my things in the bags and began to take the other persons order - it sounds simple but I have a large bookbag I use for groceries and as I'm placing my items in my bookbag she kept sighing and tapping her hands on the counter as if she was bothered that I was putting MY PAID items in my book bag so I grabbed my belongings and went to the other register with the security guard and the reaction of the security guard was worse he kept sizing me up and making me feel uncomfortable and there was another worker siting in a CHAIR by the front doors gossiping to each other and I finally got my belongings in my bag and I left. I can say right off the bay that this store is inconsiderate of their customers. They seemed as if me taking my time to make sure I had everything in place was bothering them and the fact the women was in a damn chair vs standing up and she was gossiping talking about cooking made it very clear that her priorities weren't about the customers.
It's a damn shame I paid about $30 & was treated as if I was a bother to these women I should of made them refund all my belongings but I chose not to be petty like they were to me.
I definitely have chose NOT to shop there ever again. I will recommend others not to shop there.
I waited 15 mins on the phone to speak with someone in the pharmacy and they hung up on me while it was ringing. Never using again.
This location has to be one of these slowest pharmacies known to mankind! I don’t understand why have a 24 hr pharmacy and still can’t either get your prescription when they claim it’s ready just to be given the run around because of lack of communication smh. U do better going to cvs or a different Walgreens location cause they seriously need to just close their pharmacy at a certain time like the other locations.
