Store very clean looking for a specific item over price just purchase a bag of Doritos for 1.99 tax

The staff in the pharmacy is either incompetent or lazy. They tell you one thing on the phone, its another in store. Every. Single. Time. I absolutely loathe this place. They discriminate against people for the prescriptions they get.

The pharmacy staff is AWFUL. Absolutely TERRIBLE.if you can go ANYWHERE else, you 100% should. I call and they say "Your prescription will be ready to pick up at 5: 15" then I get there and they said "you can't get it until tomorrow" WHY. WOULD. MY. PRESCRIPTION. BE. READY. AT. 5: 15. BUT. NOT. BE. ALLOWED. TO. PICK. IT. UP. UNTIL. THE. NEXT. DAY!? !? !? !? !? !? !? ! Makes NO sense. What really happened is that they were able to fill it, but the lead pharmacist, the large, older lady, discriminated against patients who receive certain prescriptions, so instead of listening to the doctor who prescribed it, and probably knows better than she does, she decided to take someone else's life into her hands and be the judge on whether or not she needs her medication. I guarantee there will be issues picking it up tomorrow due to this review, and if so I plan to sue for discrimination and retaliation.

Longest wait, worst communication, say one thing do another nost expensive even with goodrx or single care horribly rude would give them no stars if possible

Prescriptions are filled fast and the associates will go out of their way for u, prices are a little high but customer service is what counts

I love the holster store for all my pharmacy needs. They are excellent in customer service. I use the drive thru and it is so fast and accreate. Very friendly. My store that I love.

Our regular pharmacist from our home state called in a 5 day prescription which consists of 10 pills. They were called 2 hrs prior us going there. When we went in to pick it up they stated they had no record of it. I called our pharmacist back and he gave me name of the pharmacist whom he spoke to and I went back in and stated that our pharmacist spoke to that person. The gal checking out looked again after I gave the pharmacists name that our pharmacist talked to and it was laying on the counter next to where the Pharmacist was standing at the computer it was supposed to be entered into. It took another hour for us to actually be checked out with it. I don’t recommend going there. Seems like they don’t communicate with each other and don’t care how long people wait. Another guy there was sitting and waited 45 minutes for a flu shot. When he went up to ask how long it would still be as he had already waited a long time the gal in the pharmacy told him that she had his info laying there and they thought he had left. He said “I’ve been siting here for 45 min! ” Bad service.

Needed a prescription filled. Went to p/u and was told my medication was on back order. Instead of calling the doctor hours earlier or letting me know there was an issue, they asked me to call the doctor to prescribe another medication. Had to wait hours for a new prescription.
Ended up making multiple trips down to p/u antibiotic. Poor communication and customer service. Will be switching to another pharmacy.

They messed up my transaction and they said they cancelled it out and did a second transaction but they didn't they charged me both transactions and told me my back was wrong and that was the manager at Walgreens that told me that. Not im pressed at all

Great and right where we need a Walgreens. However not the best place to order prints from. They messed up my order pretty badly.

Love they have a senior citizens day once per month. If you clip their coupons religiously like I do, you can save a lot. I always make sure my points are current and usually end up with at least $35-$50 I can use on my monthly purchases. I refuse to do any business with Walmart. Will not fight for parking and refuse to stand in line to beg them to take my money @ the one or two (out of 10/15) checkout stands they have open.

My health problems are confusing and scary but the pharmacy staff here go above and beyond to help me. Great friendly service!

I was in this afternoon. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The pharmacist was extremely helpful and friendly. Clean and well maintained.

On vacation in Branson and called to see if they had a healthcare clinic. The girl that answered the phone said "hang on". Three minutes of being on hold later the phone started ringing again. I asked the girl that answered if they had a healthcare clinic at their location and she said no. I then asked her if she knew a Walgreens close by that had one. She again said no and hung up. Very rude and definitely not helpful.
