Lots of nice items I loved to shop here. Ate donuts under the tree and sharing the details of Walgreens in Columbia, Missouri.

Employees were always nice, but this is the slowest pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Seeing the pharmacists getting prescriptions is angering because of how incredibly slow they go.

Came here to get my second Pfizer COVID vaccine. Set up an appointment online for 11: 45 and showed up 15 minutes early as instructed. Been waiting here for over 25 minutes past appointment time with no one in front of me and zero urgency from the pharmacists. What’s the point of setting an appointment and what system is in place for this? Super unfortunate service.

I dont understand all these bad reviews about bad customer service. The guys working were absolutely amazing. The best customer service I've had at any store!

Worst hands down. Walgreens I've ever experienced, their night shift employees cuss, talk to each other all night I stead of working.
I put in my order for 10 4×6 Pic at 10: 30 p.m. When there's 3 customers in the store and several loud, rude, uneducated employees cussing and gossiping about customers in the store and my photos said they would be done at 11: 25 p.m. And they aren't still aren't done and the store is dead. They can't respect people's time and their companies schedule. I will never use walgreens again for pictures, it's almost midnight on a Thursday and I should have went to Walmart they are always done before the time their app said.

Put me on hold for 5 min as soon as I called then put onto a dial tone for 15 min and hung up on. Nothing says quality like ignoring a customer!

Shocked and appalled at the lack of professionalism at this store. The cashier and her manager were unfriendly and rude, when I came in asking for help. I will never go back to this horrible store. I have never been treated so poorly as a customer. My advice: go to another Walgreens - it isn’t the chain that’s the problem, it’s this poorly run, poorly managed location.

I'm not sure how this Walgreens has such a low rating. I had a great experience with the pharmacists. They were very helpful in getting my refills moved from my previous Walgreens over to this location, helping with understanding my medication costs/ insurance issues, and very quick and friendly at the drive thru.

The lady manager was extremely rude. She got annoyed when I asked for the charging cables to be unlocked so I can purchase them. A young cashier apologized on behalf of the Managers attitude. Extremely unprofessional.

Kaitlyn is amazing here! I had to run a package into the fedex location (inside the Walgreens) at roughly 9: 30 pm. I was followed into the store by a very aggressive inebriated man. Kaitlyn did an absolutely amazing job helping to defuse the situation and even walked me to my car to make sure I got out and back to my car safely.

Recently moved here and have had so many problems getting meds filled and transferred over. I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt and say my insurance is a big part of the problem. Staff have always been friendly.

Very rude and horrible customer service. I called to transfer a prescription, and after giving my name the lady obnoxiously sighed and told me she couldn’t find my name and I would have to call the other pharmacy. After I stated that I had been to this Walgreens multiple times and maybe it was under a different name, she gave in to putting minimal effort in to help me get my prescription filled. I never got a notification that it was filled, so I will have to call again.

Absolutely the worse Walgreens I have ever been to. The pharmacy department is worse than Walmart, way behind and doesn’t seem to know what’s going on. Once I get my current meds, I will never have scripts filled here again. I wish I could give no stars.

I called asking about getting a flu shot on a Sunday morning. Was told the pharmacist comes in at 7 but wait until 8. I did but when I got here I was told no they don’t have extra help. There were two people working the pharmacy (that I could see) and not another customer in store. I know the pharmacy is busy but they should do what they tell people they will. Now I have to make a special trip. Won’t be here but it’s annoying I have to do it since I was already here getting a prescription filled.

Kathryn was super helpful and informative. I could tell she genuinely cared about my prescription concern. So thankful to have spoken to her!

Just for your information, website clearly states Walgreens pharmacy is open till 12 AM seven days a week. Walgreens pharmacy closes at 6 PM on Sundays. Ps: update if u dig into web site u will find pharmacy hr’s are different than store hr’s. Pharmacy closes at 6 on sundays.

Price gouging. $20 for generics is going to kill me faster than not taking prescriptions at all.

The pharmacist and staff are the most rudest people I met in my life.was to say if your dying and need your meds definitely not the place to go
