Drive threw lane is supposed to be faster, that's the entire point! Not at this dump. I say dump because it's dirty, like the employees. Anyway, 45 min in the drive threw then once I get to the window the large woman said hold on then waddled away for another 10 min then I spy her cashing people out inside. What? ! Won't be back

Dropped off Rx for 8mo old grandson a little before 2pm. The pharmacist wouldnt even take the prescription until they came back from lunch. A 8 month old that has a sinus infection and a slight ear infection. They said would be done at 5: 30 that eve. At 6: 30 they still did not have them done. So the baby has to wait until they open up this morning So unprofessional!

One of the worst pharmacys I put my order in 2 days ago and still hasn't been filled. Ridiculous, never have I had to wait that long for a refill! Just so annoying and frustrating. Now I'm out and waiting

Every 20 seconds for 11 minutes is Way too frequent for the robot lady to remind me I'm on hold! The pharmacy is always overwhelmed. Hire extra help for them. Maybe replace the frumpy yawner girl who finally answered my call.

Not sure what the problem is with this location but it's very difficult to get any assistance. Placed a refill for a prescription on Friday. It is now the following Wednesday and it is still not ready. I have tried calling multiple times. The first time I was on hold on for 14 minutes before I had to hangup. I am currently on hold right now as I write this review and have been on hold for 28 min now. I've also tried the drive though where I waited 40 minutes to get within two spots of the window before I had to leave. I would avoid this location if possible.

The store and the employees are awesome. The pharmacy tho.oh boy. You walk in everyone makes you feel welcome, but as you make your way towards the pharmacy you feel this deep despair and suddenly a black cloud engulfs you in which there is no escape. Don't worry tho. The people that work in the pharmacy will make you feel even worse with their amazing personalities as you wait forever for a prescription you called in a week ago. Don't you dare ask for a covid or flu shot. Listen all pharmacies are slow, but this one is wild and the attitude is even wilder. If you need the pharmacy save your sanity and go to the Walgreens on 23rd or CVS down the street.

This place is a real treat! Do things happen easily for you? Is everyone just to nice? Do you feel like you’re just incredibly lucky? Then take a trip to Walgreens pharmacy on 24 hwy. Guaranteed to be the rudest, most incompetent experience of your life. It will restore your hatred of the human race, and assure you that society is collapsing. Hard to believe that this company and its employees are actually in charge of distributing life saving drugs to the public. We are doomed.

My last several prescriptions have DEFINITELY not been readied in a timely manner. The latest is an example: Saw the doctor mid-afternoon on Monday and an order was placed for a tube of medicine to heal a wound. This is Wednesday and the pharmacy still hasn't had a chance to "prepare" the 'script. Count to ONE, slap on a label, you're done, right? Why the delay? Again. The last prescription was equally complicated: count to One. I am not a happy customer. I do understand I'm not the only person waiting for a prescription, but 2+ days? ! Does Walgreens in general, or this store in particular, need to get extra help hired? Or authorize overtime?

The pharmacy technician was very helpful. I think his name was Preston. He was very kind. And informative. And really went beyond and above fulfilling my customer service needs. Thank you for your help.

Love the staff here. Photo lady is always super helpful, cashiers super nice, and pharmacy techs and people are always stellar. Sometimes they are low on staff, but they work their butt off and always treat me well.

Great store, great people. Just wish photo prints would be ready when they say. Print quite a few larger prints and always seem to have to ask them to have to print. I know first world problem, right. But time is important.

Won’t go back to this pharmacy. I personally dropped off my prescription, they told me it would take 25 mins. I left and came back 2 hours later. They said “they had just received the prescription” and would take another 15 mins. Gave them another 30 mins and it was finally ready to pick up. I talked to 3 different people each time and it seemed like none of them wanted to be there doing their job

Don’t go through their pharmacy at 1: 50 I was told 30 minute wait I came back at 3: 20 and they told me that I had to give them 10 more minutes to get my prescriptions. In the drive-through the person told me to loop back around because they had people in the line though I had waited for the medication for a whole hour never going back to Walgreens advise everybody to do the same.

The two overweight women, one black and one white, are rude and give very poor customer service, I will no longer use this pharmacy as long as those two work there. They are slow and always make getting a prescription filled an unpleasant event.

I just don’t understand what takes so long with electronic transfers for prescriptions? !? Almost every time I come here it’s like they don’t even process them until you arrive. I always wait at least 2 hours before coming to pick up and they’re never ready! Really wish there were more options near here!
