1 Accidentally called the Walgreens down the street and the pharmacist was so helpful and polite about it. And then, when I call my store (Bowles location) she was straight up rude and basically told me to switch my prescription to another pharmacy besides Walgreens.so I guess that’s what I’ll do, cause I can’t deal with the rude staff members anymore. If you don’t wanna help people with their prescriptions, don’t become a pharmacist.
UPDATE: years later and this is still the worst walgreens pharmacy. Only came back because of the high cost at my other pharmacy but this place still continues to lie to their customers and assure you things will be taken care of then they hang up the phone and move on with their day. Do not expect customer service from this pharmacy - they cant get their stories straight and simply want to get you off their phone line.
