14Back open and they kept the worst employee. The Asian guy that looks like he just crawled out of a bottle. He slams your items down hard on the counter. He lets you know in every way except stating it that he does not like African Americans.
I feel bad for the employees here. It's because of our current gov't administration that has incentend people to not work & therefore staff shortages everywhere!
Not to mention the supply chain issues - meds take longer to get to stores, fill prescriptions, etc. (again, Biden & his puppeteers)
Thank you all for showing up! It's much easier to sit at home & collect a government check but you've chosen differently. I can't wait until there's changes in office & our economy is as awesome as it was in our previous administration. Keep your heads up!
Went to get my kids Covid booster shot. I made the appointment online and got to the store and the line was super long and after waiting for 20 minutes the Pharmacist said that she isn’t staffed for that and that they don’t have the green light and told me to call the 1800 number. She was super rude and couldn’t tell me why they allowed me to make an appointment. Don’t waste your time at this location.
Don’t know why it says their store opens at 6am. They open at 7am. Also they don’t always stay open til 12am. Wish they’d update their hours here.
Stayed on hold with pharmacy for over an hour with 2 calls ahead of me from the beginning and when I finally hung up there was one call ahead of me!
Garbage store like all the others it's the only 24hr close to us and I drove all the way like 25 minutes to be there for them to have a sign on the door no couldn't update online that the store hours were now only seven am to midnight.cause ya knownin 2021 24 hrs means only some of the hours.super useful location as in the 25 minutes I've been here since 630 I have watched atleast 20 people show up and need emergency items from the walgreens you should be able to count on then turn around and leave as the store isn't open cause apparently walgreens is illiterate.
Was just at the store. Usually, the staff is fine, if not very pleasant. This time there were people we had never seen and they were unreasonably rude. A lady working there called for a sir to move to the cash register, since my husband was with my mother and I we thought she was talking to him, so we moved up in line. She then snaps at us and says “step back you’re not a sir. I said sir. ” We then pointed out that my husband is a sir and we’re next in line and she just ignored us. The next guy we went to wasn’t any better and he got upset with us for pointing out that he was overcharging us on certain items. If you can, I recommend avoiding this Walgreens. Hopefully, they’ll have better staff after the holidays.
This is ridiculous! 43mins and COUNTING to speak to the pharmacy and no one is answering, this is HORRIBLE customer service. Who is the manager here? What a waste of people’s time.
Penny in Pharmacy is horrible and she have less than poor customer service. My prescription insurance was not accepted at this pharmacy. As I went in my purse to get funds to pay for meds. Penny racially profiled me assumed I couldn’t pay for my meds and put them back.never to return to the window to speak with me. I went on the inside demanding to speak with a manager and penny had moved to the back of the pharmacy to complete other task as if there wasn’t a line full of customers waiting behind me. She is very poor at what she do and I will be speaking with an attorney.
This is a very slow drive thru. There are 3 cars in front of me and it took 20 minutes to move up 1 spot
I came here for a COVID shot. The pharmacy staff is super rude. While waiting for them to finish running my information for the shot, I watched a pharmacist rudely answer the phone, answer questions with nothing but pure attitude, and publicly talk about the customers and belittle them after slamming the receiver down. I shouldn’t know what situation just transpired between you and the customer. This is nothing short of just straight up disgusting.
Pharmacy and personal stink, Super bad Customer Service (Rude) and though My wife and I have used their pharmacy for 20+ years, every month we get notified that her meds are being delayed. In fact, I had to drive to another pharmacy 100 miles away to get the meds 2 months ago. Today they told me I should have picked up the meds 2 weeks ago but last week they told me it wouldn't be in until last Monday 2/26 plus they called to tell me it was ready 2 days ago. When I got there the lady at the window said there was no meds ready. This is a repeated and frequent problem. Just not worth
I had not used their pharmacy before and just came from a medical procedure to pick up a prescription. Waited in the store 45 minutes and came back to the pharmacy counter to check status of my pick up and they could not even find the prescription. They were very unprofessional and RUDE. They need to be closed and the whole staff need to be retrained. Will not go back there.
