NEVER going back. I was trying to get 2 prescriptions (Ibuprofen and Amoxicillin) for my child. The Rx was sent to the pharmacy the day before. I show up at 10am and was told it would be ready at 1pm. Before I left I wanted to make sure they had the specific Rx dose, and they didn't. I had to go back and forth between the pharmacy and the doctor's office because the pharmacists wouldn't take the time to call the doctor's office. My husband went back to the pharmacy at 1pm, and the prescriptions weren't ready. He was told they would be ready at 4pm. At this point, they've had the original prescriptions for over 24 hours and my child needed the medicine asap. Before I went back to Walgreens for the 3rd time, I called the pharmacy and was advised the prescriptions were ready. I get there at 4pm.guess what.prescriptions weren't ready. My child had to go back to the ER for dehydration because Walgreens waited over 24 hours to fill 2 simple prescriptions. And when I confronted the pharmacist about calling first, she informed me that when we call the phone number and choose the options "speak to the pharmacist" Walgreens actually transfers us to a call center that has no idea if prescriptions are ready or not! I couldn't believe it. Of course they gave me the "short staffed" excuse for our wait, but each time I was there, they didn't have anyone's prescription ready. I saw over 5 people sent away. This is horrible! Prescriptions are lifesaving and if Walgreens can't respect and service the community then they need to completely close their pharmacy. My child was in the ER because of Walgreens and it's employees' lack of time management. Needless to say, while I was waiting, I changed my family's pharmacy to CVS. I won't buy anything from Walgreens again.

Walked in this morning and saw how dirty the place was and walked out. Appear management does not care. I chose to go elsewhere

12/12/2022: Where's the ZERO STARS button at? I have had the rudest incident happen today in the Hazelwood Walgreens location today. I went in to pick up three photo orders. I walked in the store to find the large front cashier with her face in her phone. She looked up and I asked if the Picture Dept was open, and she simply replied, "Yeah, " and went right back to her phone. Hmm. OK. I walked over to the Photo Dept to which no one was standing there, and I pressed the "pager" on the counter to summon a team member for assistance. It went off twice calling for assistance. There were about three team members back in the vitamin/front of the pharmacy department talking, no one coming up to assist. Hmm. OK. Someone from another direction came up and asked if I was there to pick up, which I indicated that I was. I gave her my last name, spelled it, and told her what I was there to pick up (by size dimensions). After searching for a minute, I told her that I had placed an order today and that I have confirmation numbers if she needed them; I received no response. She asked my name AGAIN, which I once again told her AND spelled. While she continued to look for my orders, I told her another two times that I had confirmation numbers from emails. Again, I was ignored. She then called a manager over to the photo dept. The manager asked my phone number; I gave it to her. She said that I only had two orders, and asked if I was sure I put my calendar order to this location, and I told her 'yes, ' and that I don't like coming to this location. I was so frustrated that I said I just wanted the ones that she had found. I told the manager that I offered the other girl the confirmation numbers but she ignored me. Then the girl said in a nasty tone, "I called the manager. " I told her that she didn't respond to me as a CUSTOMER. She turned around to go into the employee area with a code and said with a "this person is gettin' on my nerves" tone, "Looooord have MERCY! " I'm like. I was told that the head store manager was out on maternity leave, and a "floating" manager came and heard my complaint. She asked if I knew the girl's name, and I said no, but showed her one of the attached photos. I told her that I am not a child and that maybe this store needs "floating" employees because that little girl is rude to talk to a customer like that, AND an adult like that! If I had a brick hard face like the rude a- girl in the pic, I'd be mad too, but she needs to stay at home. I will never be returning to this location for anything! I already changed my prescriptions to another location because of the slothful pharmacy service. So if you see this lil girl in this store, you'd be better off talking to a stone wall.tho her face looks like one. Instead of having that nasty attitude, she need to be tryna get those nasty nails fixed! OK, Nickia, Hon (I just noticed she had a name tag on when posting these pics) ? Anyway, that's it!

The cashier have refused to accept my digital id three times but before that they used to accept it no questions asked and I want to know why when I know your machine still are able to scan it. If law inenforcement agency have to accept why can't our very own local Walgreens accept it?

The worst. Store employees are rude and the pharmacy is never open and never has what you need. Save your time. Go somewhere else.

Rude Staff! Pharmacy and Front end. It's absolutely ridiculous, they make kids managers and they curse like sailors and act like they are at home.younger employees were just sitting on the counters having conversations by yelling to the others across the store using vulgar language even with kids in the store

Severely went downhill the past year. Employees are uninformed and untrained and managers are idiotic and unhelpful. Everyone is rude and entitled. Will never be back.

Been visiting this location for years.tonight the cashiers get a cozy spot behind the counter at photo department. Therefore when I head to checkout nobody was there. Because the language barrier She said, I didn’t understand her well. Her attitude is unacceptable and disrespectful. Found a job you like.

Save yourself the headache and use a different pharmacy. Due to short staffing they are now closed on weekends and apparently will randomly close during the week too with no warning. Attempted to pick up a prescription twice now to find them closed both times.

2nd time I've went in this location to load money on my chime card and it wouldn't work. Both times none of the associates could be bothered with trying to solve this issue. The little girl who checked me out at the photo center at 9: 40pm on Dec 22nd had a nasty attitude and should definitely be talked to about this by management

This is pharmacy does not do same day appointments for COVID19 testing. They will allow you to schedule it and will email you a confirmation of your appointment. They wait to inform you of their policy when you arrive.

I use the Walgreens app to know when my medicine is ready. Today I received two texts saying there was a delay in my refill so I should call my doctor. The other text said that the script was incomplete for to a technical and that I needed to call Walgreens so I did call them and was on hold for 46 minutes and than mysteriously hung up on. So I drove to the pharmacy. The woman said that their screen just said I needed to call the doctor. I showed her my phone and she told me that they have no control over what the app says I don't understand how they could not have control what the app says. I thought that was the purpose of using the app. Also I feel like waiting on the phone for 46 minutes is not acceptable, especially being disconnected after that amount of time. When I mentioned that the the pharmacy staff that was helping me she told me that they have so busy they weren't able to answer the phone, again unacceptable.

The pharmacy has terrible customer service. I called about my daughter’s prescription and was told it wouldn’t be ready for 1.5 hours. I show up 5 hours later and was told the item is not in and they won’t have it for two days. I was told to come back then. The pharmacist, Adrienne didn’t offer to call another store to transfer the script.nothing and no apology. I called back later and asked if it could be transferred and then it was. This Walgreens will no longer be getting my business.

Alyse in pharmacy in incredibly RUDE! Awful disposition and extremely rude on the phone! I will NEVER USE THIS LOCATION AGAIN! And WILL be contacting corporate! Absolutely no reason to so rude to others the way she was!

No matter what you are getting filled, lol it can be ibuprofen. Its a 2 hour wait. I was told a 2 hour wait before they even checked to see what my prescription was. How do you have a 2 hour wait when you just opened and I was the 1st in line
