Walgreen’s coupon clip is an absolute rip off. They advertise a lower price with the coupon and after going on app and adding the coupon it doesn’t work. The cashiers have no idea how to fix it, or adjust the price or even ask the manager for help. I understand this store has limited help, but this place needs some type of management. What a joke.

Best staff around. Everyone is always so willing to help. Store is clean and organized. Pharmacy staff is the best around. Highly recommend. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Never seem such a large pharmacy with that many people working. Wish I could make it my Walgreens, but too far from home.

If I could give it 0 stars I would They just hire anyone they can find on the street, no one knows what they are doing up there, I go to deposit money into my cash app which is supposed to be a simple task, but they make it rocket science… the manager didn’t even know how to do it! What a laughing stock of a store, she didn’t even know what she was doing and she’s the manager, she tried telling me my card is expired and a bunch of other lies to make her job easier! My mind was blown…she should be fired or at least demoted she should not be a manager… after 30 minutes of my time being wasted I told them forget about it and went to the walgreens on mexico rd and they knew how to do it right away, took less then 3 minutes and I was on my way!

DO NOT USE THIS STORE FOR WIC. They say that they take WIC but then when you go in there to use your WIC card they just tell you that the WIC cards are not supported and that is the only form of WIC that they give out now.also the employees were very loud about it and very rude about the fact that they couldn’t take my WIC card because they didn’t know how to do it. Either update your systems or teach your employees better! It was the only can I can fine within 60 miles so I can feed my child just for you to act like you can’t take my card because it’s “not supported”. This will be reported to the proper people for this store

Please go elsewhere to get your prescriptions, they don’t deserve your business. Apparently it’s okay for pharmacists and pharmacy staff to be disrespectful and discourteous to customers simply trying to fill a prescription.

Should be zero starts. Terrible customer service. Website never works correctly. Multiple and regular mistakes. If you need your meds don't use walgreens and especially not this one.

Horribly rude customer service. Had a simple question and the lady was very short and rude. Blamed it on being short staffed which I understand but no need to act like you hate your job. And if u do find another one.

Do NOT even attempt to use this pharmacy between 1: 00 and 2: 00 pm, despite the sign saying that they are closed between 1: 30 and 2: 00 pm. They closed early and then were rude when they returned. My husband will never go back here.

Won't be going to this location EVER again! Took my daughter to urgent care. They sent the script electronically and said 30 mins it will be ready.
We run errands, get lunch and still not ready.
We pull up and the lady was organizing receipts and didn't want to pick up the drive thru phone. Finally did and said they just got it and it won't be ready until after 2. This was at 1. It's eye drops for pink eye. Not pills that need to be sorted.

Switched my script to down the street and it was ready immediately!

Went in for bottle of jamison and young girl about 23 carded me, mind you I'm 55 years old, I said are you kidding me and my license was in car she made me get it, which I just renewed on Thursday and was paper, she denied me the purchase, said they can't accept. What a joke of a place. Went next door to and got it for same price. Will NEVER go back there! Would have given zero star but maps wouldn't let me.

My husband went to pick up my prescription on 12/27. At that time, we were told that one of my prescriptions (a controlled substance) wasn't ready for a refill until 12/28 and that it would require my doctors authorization. I also received an email about this. We then left town for the holiday's.

I called the doctor today and they told me that they approved my medication for refill on 12/27. I received a email at 2: 20 pm on 12/27 stating that my prescription was ready. By this point, I was already on a plane (which I told them I had proof of). I was told by their technician that the prescription was picked up on 12/27 with my other prescription and that "she didn't know what to tell me" because her system was showing it was already picked up. After I insisted that she go check because I know we didn't pick it up, she responded with, "maybe you need to go check around your house for it because its not here. "

My doctors office then called to ask what was going on and asked them to pull the cameras (this is a controlled substance that 'disappeared' from their pharmacy) to see where it went. After the pharmacy manager reviewed the footage, they found that the pharmacy tech accidentally scanned my prescription out to another customer who was in line "with a similar last name as mine. "

When the pharmacy tech realized her mistake, she neglected to take it out of the system and they charged my insurance saying that I picked it up. The prescription NEVER left their building. They are now trying to reverse all this mess with the insurance company and my doctors office so I can receive my prescription.

I am certainly one to understand that mistakes happen, but I have more of a problem with how I was spoken to by the pharmacy tech on duty today. She made me feel like I was a drug addict by accusing me of picking up my prescription and 'misplacing it' in my house when all along, it was sitting behind the counter. I am picking up the remaining medicine from my family today and switching to CVS.

The Pharmacy assistant/tech was rude (Katlyn). Stood at counter while she was trying to figure out what she was looking for. I finally asked her what was the problem. Still don't know. Her customer service skill needs work.

Made an appointment online for flu vaccine. Showed up on time and then waited 20 min in line. Then was told they currently only offer flu vaccines for people 65 and older, but another nearby Walgreens has flu vaccines for my age bracket and allows walk-ins. (Sure wish their scheduling system notified me of this when I made the appointment… and input my birthdate.) Called that other Walgreens and was told flu vaccines are by appointment only. I’d try yet another Walgreens, but this service is pretty typical for each of the stores in the area. Waste of time, every time.

The staff here are wonderful, the pharmacists are very knowledgeable and helpful! I LOVE this pharmacy and I HATE CVS! I will never go back to CVS, this pharmacy is so so much better!

Extremely rude. Went in looking for something, asked someone and he said they weren’t allowed to bring it up, spoke to the manager and she said they didn’t have them because she handles them. Looked at me with an attitude and smerk the whole time

Went to pick up meds.and there was a note on the drive thru window that it's closed. Would be nice if they let you know instead of wasting a trip there. Stop sending reminders then!
