Drug Store Walgreens reviews
19Everything was ready and Drive thru teller, she was very kind & helpful. Not a long wait.
There is a problem picking up. Every. Single. Time. Delays.out of stock.computers are down.for the love of god its like i have to set aside an hour or 2 every time i come in to pick up a prescription.
Appointments are useless. Slowest place for anything. They never have their act together. Who runs this s*** show? !
Worst store, doesn't update on prescriptions, doesn't let you know if it is running late or anything. They don't care about patient, they just care about work and making money and won't address the issues at hand.
Pharmacist does not know how to dispense a prescription with corruption wait 45 minutes for lemonade even take my insurance information that I already gave them and save them and still refuse to give me my Prescription that was already paid for by my insurance
I had to call to fix my insurance and I didn’t catch what the pharmacist had said because she mumbled so I asked her to repeat what she said and she came back with a nasty tone and attitude there’s no needs to be rude over something that small no one asked you to work at Walgreens
Every review on here is accurate. Worst pharmacy on the planet. All their signage states they are open 24 hours. Instead of waiting in their horrendously long lines due them being so slow, I go in the middle of the night only to find they’re closed. There is a sign on the window that states they are closed with the nearest 24 hour pharmacy listed. That’s not how prescriptions work. I can’t just go to another location. A pharmacy should know this. No mention of when they would open again or why they were closed.
I had a question about my prescription. I spent 30 minutes on the phone being passed around and put on hold, only to have the end of call survey start and then it disconnected. I never got to speak to a pharmacist.
My future wife wanted laffy taffy after a long, hard days at work and THEY WERE ALL OUT. Not even any in the Easter section! Tisk tisk, do better greenwals
Extremely, extremely, extremely slow. This is not a 1,2 or even three time coincidence. We come here at least weekly and we are stuck in the drive-through or even when we go in we are stuck for upwards of 45 minutes even with only a few cars ahead of us. I called before I waste my time driving there to pick up prescriptions and I’m told my Scripts are ready but when I get there they are not and they can’t find the ones that are ready. I would avoid this location at all costs
2 months in a row, I've been told they are out of stock for a medication my lady needs. They know this script is coming every month. Need to get their stuff together.
SUPER slow. Came here for covid testing and with 8 cars lined up they are averaging one car every twenty minutes. They turned their phones off in Pharmacy and the front says they will “try to talk to them if they can. ” Never again will I visit this store.
The pharmacy has been ridiculous for the past 6 months and today was no exception. It took 5 days for them to fill my prescription. They wouldn't answer the phone about it. I waited in line for over an hour just to be told they made a mistake and it wasn't ready. I was then told it'd be another 30 minutes to fill it and that I had to get in the back of that over an hour line again.
I came to this location today to pick up my medicine and get some cigarettes.apparently it's not a concern to show an ID for narcotics but no purchase of cigarettes are allowed without one. I see where your priorities lay.
Anytime I come here for a prescription I either sit in line for 15 minutes or the drive through for an hour. No matter the time of day. I could drive to Fenton, get a prescription there, and come back to Arnold and still beat the drive thru line. If you need a prescription use a different Walgreens even if it’s out of the way.
Very slow service. Just so happened I went to another pharmacy and was so surprised how much quicker and easier it was will be taking my business else where
It used to be great.within the last year when i need a prescription filled especially something important like an antibiotic it takes a whole day.the other day i got my script sent in at 8 a.m. Went by at 9 am, they told me come back at noon.went at noon and they told me 230.went at 230 they told me just wait on a text which came at 8 pm.so i didnt even get to start my medicine til 12 hours later basically missing 2 doses.youll wait in the drive thru for over 30 minutes everytime. It didnt always used to be like this.
Went in for a few items and was horrified by the way a cashier spoke to a customer that was actually working door dash. I don't understand why some people need to be so nasty especially this time of year. But was also so impress by the lady that didn't react to the cashiers nastiness she was sweat and even wish the cashier blessed night.
Worst pharmacy in the entire world. Confirmed my transfer was ready, now have NO RECORD OF IT. How can a pharmacy not track prescriptions? This is only the latest in about 20 mishaps. The are incompetent, unreliable, and unable to help. Go to CVS or another pharmacy even if it's more expensive.you will thank yourself.
