Walgreens, Independence MO

Got calendars for Christmas, supposed to be ready last night. Came in Christmas Eve to pick them up. Order not done. The pictures printed wrong last night, never got a phone call about this yesterday so we could remedy the situation. Stuff happens but if your equipment breaks you are obligated to call the customers so they can go elsewhere for other alternatives. It shouldn’t be on me coming in 12 hours later and finding out nothing has been done. Don’t guarantee same day pick up if you can’t follow through.

This store was awful. It took me forever to find someone to help me. When I finally did, she was short with me. Wouldn't look at me. Too busy typing. Sighed because I guess I bothered her. Was there to get several items. Left and went across the street to CVS. I recommend you do the same.

The Pharmacist, Heather, is extremely rude and not helpful at all. I understand policies change, however, you’re job is to serve your customers, and when a 72 year old man needs his medication refilled, and I call for him because he is my father and is deaf and cannot hear over the phone, and you refuse to refill his medications instead of finding a solution-you should probably find a new profession. The lack of empathy or compassion here-or better yet DOING YOUR JOB-is ridiculous. I will no longer recommend this pharmacy to anyone and will be filing a complaint with state board of pharmacy.

Waiting in line to get my daughter’s antibiotics and they close the pharmacy for lunch. Yea, no problem, we’ll stand inside while my daughter is sick and just wait. Horrible customer service.

Had an appointment for the covid booster shot at 2: 45 after a half hour went up to ask what's taking so long they said they lost my paperwork yikes they all look confused and unorganized back in the pharmacy good thing I didn't get my shot here

What is the point of having an appointment if the Pharmacy isn't going to abide by appointment times for the vaccine? Waited 45 minutes after my appointment time. Didn't receive vaccine because I had to leave due to scheduling conflict. I figured when I made the appointment at Walgreens that I would have plenty of time to receive vaccine and wait the 15 minutes after. Plenty of people standing around behind the counter, clearly with nothing to do. Very disappointing and the worst customer service.

FYI Walgreens Does NOT give you a $5 dollar reward when you drop off FedEx packages. You might want to tell FedEx to take it off their website then. False Advertising.

Got Covid tested and the Pharmacist was really helpful and walked me through the process with clear instructions

Pharmacist has a smart mouth for dealing with folks. She needs to learn how to address another adult before I snap back! I don't come to your store to be disrespected, I come there to get my prescriptions and keep it moving. Learn how to speak to grown folks. If you have an issue with people of color - do something different!

It's close to my home. Employees are friendly & helpful. I get my prescriptions here.
