Walgreens, Grandview MO

Pharmacy informs you have a prescription ready & when you show up the next day, wait in line only to have them claim there's no meds with your name.

Hospital called in my prescription at 11am. I went to pick it up at 6pm. Was told to wait 30 minutes. I decided to go home instead since they would call me once it was ready.
I called them at 7: 30pm and couldn't talk to anyone but the bot, was on hold 19 minutes. Called them again, no response. The worst. 100% Do not recommend.

I wanted to let Walgreens know of the exceptional service I received from Lisa the Pharmacist Technician today 8/17/23 at around 4: 30pm at the Walgreens Store in Grandview, MO. I needed a refill of my BP medication but I am no longer insured. I originally phoned to make an appointmment at CenterWell. Lisa took the time to provide me information regarding CenterWell, but also shared that she might be able to help.
She discovered that I had 3 unfilled, refill prescriptions left that were about to expire in a week, and that she could check to see what discounts might be available to help with the cost. I did not realize that I had any refills left, and I was down to taking 1 tablet a week to stretch my medication. I had concerns about the out-of-pocket cost but Lisa assured me that she would help.
Lisa took the extra time to search for discounts and provided me with a price for all 3 refills that was significantly lower than what I had expected. Being able to take my medication daily now will sigificantly improve my quality of life. Thank you Lisa so much for taking the extra time to help me & thank you Walgreens!
What you guys do everyday really does make a difference.

Everytime I go to this store to load money on a card it has a problem. Either they try to charge me the amt im trying to load or the cash never shows up? Hold on to ur receipts!

I have had a bad experience with this Walgreens as well.pharmacy technician Will is always rude!

I went shopping late on new years day, at around 10 pm because I was in a lot of pain and needed a few things. I didn't like having to go so late, on a holiday, but Tylee was so incredibly awesome and nice when ringing me up. She really made my day, and helped my new year start on a nice note. Thankyou!

Pharmacy crew needs to be replaced because they don’t hold very well to Walgreens standard. Store manager seemed condescending when I tried to let her know what was happening.

This pharmacy has been my families go to for years now. I'm not sure what's up with the main Pharmacist but she's definitely rude and not the nicest.

This used to be a great pharmacy, not sure what changed. They are slow moving now and rude. Waited in drive thru line 25 min and when I finally got to window it was closed for lunch but it was only 1: 27. Said they close at 1: 30. With express pay and only 1 prescription that’s really all I needed. They should have a larger sign placed farther back in line. There were 4 more cars behind me. Last time I went inside to the pharmacy, they were all coughing and sniffling without a mask in sight. Frustrating experience.

The worst pharmacy I've ever been too! Customer service is horrible. They have given the wrong medication to me twice, one time it was narcotics. Some of the pharmacy staff have the worst attitudes. Definitely changing To CVS

I came here to buy a face mask, I couldn’t find it and asked Tylee the staff for help, she took me where they have Acne face mask and cream. After I tried to explain to Tylee that’s not what I meant, she turned around with attitude and asked her coworker Stephanie do they have any other face mask in this store that one responded no with an attitude as well. By the time I tried to speak, Tylee walked away from me so mad and didn’t help me. One of the customers saw what happened, walked up to me and took me over where they have face mask at Walgreens store in Grandview. Tylee and Stephanie is the worst staff ever to work at this store and I’m not coming back here ever again.

My rating says all their is to be said about the place. It's a 4 out of 5. Nobody gets a 5 out of 5 so their u have it.
