Walgreens Pharmacy reviews
7The ONLY way I will ever get another prescription filled here or at another Walgreens is if it's the last one on Earth. Who can afford to? I was written two prescriptions from my vet for my dog. Feeling like a pharmacy would be cheaper, I decided to take them here. They were charging me $198 MORE than my vet for prednisolone and Tramadol. Completely absurd and what a scam!
Seriously the worst pharmacy to go to. Don’t fill any important medications at this location. They’ll tell you when it will be ready, but get “delayed” and can’t give you a solid timeline. Hire staff if that’s the problem. No excuse from a multibillion dollar corporation.
There are some really nice folks that work here. The three stars is because I’ve gone here and they aren’t open. That is time consuming and upsetting when you need your medicine. Then you have to just keep trying to come back and hope they are open.
Retail and pharmacy staff are friendly, but the lines both inside and at drive thru are just ridiculously long. It can take over 10 minutes for a single car to go through sometimes. Nothing about any Walgreens location is convenient anymore.
They are so backed up at this location that they need more people, really bad. Hire some help
The pharmacy is always behind. Scripts run up to 7 hours start to finish. Staff in pharmacy has lied, stating they just received scripts when the app clearly shows they received them over an hour earlier. Pharmacy manager has no concern or empathy for the customer and does nothing to remedy long wait times. Have consistenly registered complaints with the store manager and pharmacy manager, but nothing has changed. Moving scripts to another pharmacy tomorrow.
Kim, the pharmacist of “her pharmacy” as she called it, is very unorganized and rude. I was supposed to get my vaccine today, but she turned me away because she didn’t want to open another vile, right as we got there she wasn’t willing to, she knew I wasn’t going to be able to get it, she should have called and told us we weren’t going to be able to get it today. Totally unprofessional the way she handled it and the way she talks to customers. They should have called another Walgreens to see if they had any other doses left at another Walgreens close by since she is the manager of course, we called sugar creek on our own time and sure enough they had one left, so thank you sugar creek much love to you guys!
